Now Sir, this is one fantastic video, best one out there on the setting of the E660 movement. No babbling useless words and self-Aggrandizement just well executed, simple, and instructional. The background music was well chosen as well. Thank you very, very much!
Thanks
Thanks for the Best instructions. No confusion.Much Better than factory information. Cheers.😊
You're welcome!
Thanks to your clear explanation, I was finally able to set my Citizen E660 correctly, because it was set wrong. Many, many thanks! Greetings from Italy.
Glad it helped
@@SolimBD Certainly. Thanks again.
@@SolimBD Unfortunately I was able to notice that today the clock has lost the correct time, it marks another time. What could have happened? Did I do something wrong? Can you help me?
It connects to the radio waves from Paris..... Probably best to set it up manually.
Best tutorial, thank you so much
You're very welcome!
This watch setup is more painful than a root canal.
I couldn't agree more. Big time pain!
I've watched 3 videos and still have not been successful in synching the time to the Atomic clock.
It struggles is you are far away (3 thousand miles) from a tower.
🎉🎉que gran video hasta que lo logré encontrar de tanto buscar, la menos explicación que se puede dar sobre este mecanismo, gracias.🎉❤
Thanks for watching
Thanks for such a great video on how to set up this watch. But I didn’t see how to set the time on this watch via radio signal?
Radio-controlled watches are able to receive time signals from any or all of the signal stations in Japan, the US, Germany, and China.
@@SolimBD Thank you. Do I understand correctly, if a signal is received on the watch (they receive it), then this CITIZEN is configured automatically? If so, how many times a day is the time signal received and adjusted?
Thank you! exactly what i have been searching for!
Great!
Thank you for this informative presentation.
Glad it was helpful!
Всё-таки в плане электроники, Ситизен на заслуженном первом месте!
WITHOUT YOU MY WATCH IS IN THE BAG!!!!!!!!!! MANY THANKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
Just got this watch! Thank you for this video.
Thanks

Live Saver ✅✅✅
Well done! Thank you very much!
Thank you too!
Thank you!!
You're welcome!
Thank you so much you are a life saver
You are most welcome
Nice Video Thanks for posting. However I have a query. You set thje world time for Dacca, Bangladesh which is a built in feature in the timezone on the dials. I am from India how do I set it to Delhi time which is +4.30(Summer)/5.30(winter) of the GMT.
Did you find out how to do this?
@@aby28483 hi there yes. The service centre replied thru email and told me to reset the watch manually as the India preset timezone is not available for this watch. So you have to do it manually just like any other hand wound watch.
Too much to "play" with. I just want the correct time! 😜
That's why I decided to buy a Junghans - time and day - pure and simple (but also radio controlled via Frankfurt a. M., Germany)! 😍
everything worked but the alarm, when I was trying to set it up the 2nd hand keeps going backwards and it will not stop do you know why it doest that? and I tried to turn the dial but nothing it will not stop going backwards.
It doesn’t have locking crown right? The crown looks like it’s sticking out at 0 I can’t seem to Tighten the crown
how can I set the time zone? it is set to Daca, and I want to chance it to LAX. Every time i try to change it. It just return to Daca. HELP!
Pull the crown out to position 1.
Rotate the crown to move the mode hand to point [TME].
Pull the crown out to position 2.
Rotate the crown to select an area.
Push the crown in to position 0 to finish the procedure.
Can someone tell me what the upper left inner dial is for plz ?
24hr & 12hr hand
Will this watch automatically change time in various time zones?
Yes
@@SolimBD but do I have to change manually for a different zone, ie I'm in London and travel to Athens, will it change automatically
Select Timezone manually
I finally figured it out. Refer to the owners manual. First set the time zone. The second hand will point to the time zone currently set. Then set the daylight savings on or off. Lastly, take it outside and do a manual check for the radio signal. I found that inside my house it could not sync up and continued to show the wrong time. fyi I also have a Casio Oceanus, it syncs up just fine indoors.
Totally different watches. Very different directions. On the Oceanus the antenna faces 12. On Citizen Calibre E660, the internal antenna, unusually, faces 7 0'clock, not 9 o'clock.. For all GPS or radio-corrected watches, reception in daylight is unusual. Respectfully, figure it out before giving advice.
@@thomaslinton5765 The way I describe how to set the Citizen watch works. I don't understand your train of thought, Tom. Why does the antenna implementation matter?
How do you do a manual check for the radio signal?
But if you try to receive the signal set at a worse time with the antenna not pointed at the signal source, is that good advice for most people? Your advice conflicts with that of Citizen.
Too bad the 24Hr Dial is "slaved" to the big dial and cant indicate GMT time while big hands indicate local time.
How to set time in india 🇮🇳???
India timezone not available this watch, so select others timezone like DAC, because Dhaka (DAC) and Delhi time 30 minutes distance
a piece of junk stressful not worth a penny
Bel orologio, peccato che le lancette non si vedono bene, si confondono nel quadrante!!!...Un orologio bellissimo ma inutile!!!
Thanks for comments
@@SolimBD Thanks to you the video is very interesting and well done!….
