I have a question though: In my case the seconds arrow stops after a while and only reactivates when i knock on the watches glass 2 times. Is that normal or does my watch has a malfunction? if so, can i switch it to operating constantly? and if yes, how do i do this?

I'm unable to manually set the time when I pull the crown out to 2. The hands just automatically start to rotate and I'm unable to stop them.
