RESET Citizen Eco Drive Radio Controlled H820 (Fix most common issues)

Another tutorial video on how to fix most issues that you might have encoutered (all reset the watch) on a Citizen Eco-Drive Radio Controlled (AT) Atomic Timekeeping Perpetual Calender watch with Module number Caliber H820
This will fix one or more of the following problems on the watch:
Dates changing long before or after midnight (or date not changing at midnight)
Dual time not matching main clock.
Date window showing two dates at a time.
Hands not calibrated properly.
Miscalibration of analog hands.
Miscalibration of function hands.
Charge level indicator problems.
Day of the week indicator problems.
Please do not perform this reset if your watch charge level is low (or if the second hand skipping a second).

I have a Citizen skyhawk that is radio controlled and sets its self to daylight savings time but I live in a state that does not observe daylight savings. I have been searching but have not found a way to fix this, for now I just have to toggle the "SMT" setting from on to off and from off to on to get the right time to dislplay but every night it sets its self an hour ahead again. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Watch won't auto set? I followed the instructions, all the hands went to 12 o'clock then I pressed the top button, then pressed & held the bottom button till the minute chrono went to "OK". After a min. or two it doesn't find the time like it usually does.
