So much passion, and it shows when the food is amazing
Another awesome video Jack. Thanks for all your hard work!
Thanks heaps for the comment 👊🏾🤙🏼🔪
and waiters want 20% because they transported the food 30 steps
Foh has its own bullshit to deal with. Trust me, they earn those tips if they do their job. Its just sad when they do their job and get stiffed. 😢
Nobodies stressing out, everything clean and neat, calm steady paste, and the food looks amazing. Great team
I actually enjoyed watching this video. When I was younger, I was thinking of becoming a chef, and I don't often see videos from inside the kitchen. Great teamwork
Thanks heaps man 👊🏾🔪
You know, brother, watching videos after 14 hours of work in the kitchen is an experience, keep it up and thank you
You guys rocked that out, thats a lot of tickets for three dudes.
They got good teamwork, working together.
Thanks 🙏
Epic bro gj respect from hungary!!
Great job chef. Regards from Argentina.
Astounding how many things you have working at once. Keep 'em coming. Answering your question, no I couldn't be a chef. Moves too fast for me. Of course, I'm already retired from engineering. I'm content watching you and others. I pick up quite a few tips on how stuff happens along the way. Thanks for the videos.
Your a beast bro keep up the good work I wish you were in the US so I can learn & work under you
❤
Hey i want to ask why you put the lid while you are cooking?
Cazy busy!!
Respect.
So which one is your coworker, Argentine or Uruguayan? I saw him drinking mate in the background. 😆
Nice 8 stove sauté station skills!…. 👍. With a wheel full of tickets….
Thanks mate 🤙🏼🔪
As a former line cook that worked alone in a BBQ place, this is so accurate. Cooking kinda sux as a professional occupation. I mean I love it. But when you end up making the same dish like 100 times in a day can ruin your appetite. Like to this day 2 years later I can't eat pulled pork. I can make it to blow your mind, and it's fantastic, but I can't eat it. Not after working to make it.
Its definately a grinder joint more concerned about quanity then quality, and im speaking from 45 years experience.
Man we do pump out some meals for a small kitchen, but we do keen the Quality at a standard, we still out do all the restaurants in our area for (consistency), 500 happy customers is pretty good is a crazy little town like this. I have worked is many kitchens and I respect your comment because I have worked is fine dining, and the quality is much higher, but we are a pub/bistro here! And my chefs do an amazing job! 🤙🏼🔪 thanks again for your comment 🙏🔪
45 years experience you should know how rare a team like this is, there’s places out with a crew twice the size only doing half the covers but the kitchen is filthy and food takes an hour plus to come out, the meals in these videos are far better quality than what most pubs serve
Thanks heaps! Absolutely means a lot 👊🏾
@@xneilz Slow down big dog, I wasnt slamming them, just calling it as I saw it.
@@JackHiggott Your welcome, keep up the goodwork.
I'm already jealous. They let you play music on the line 😢
Are the yellow tickets all pasta tickets? If I’m wrong can you explain the difference?
