today I came back from uni SUPER bloated from period + drinking coffee on an empty stomach, felt awful 😭😭 my first thought as soon as I got home was "I need to do a flow from sjana" and when I opened your channel THIS was the last video you uploaded (yesterday). But this was just a sample I mocked up. X (I’m currently using manduka, second earth, alo yoga and Yin yoga mats x)

Ohhh the first exercise was so relieving and it made everything go smoothly! Thank you so much for this video!! One question, do you drink something to help you with bloating ? Like infused water or something?
Sjana can you tell us what stretches you did to be able to be in that sitting asana at the beggining? I can do it with 2 blocks but not flat on the ground! What stretches can help?
There’s many many postures that could help, but i’d start slow and allow yourself to be gentle with the way you speak about your body and it’s ability. Sit in this posture, but use blocks under each knee for support. Close the eyes, and take some realllyyy deep soothing breaths, on each exhale see if you can soften deeper into the hips. After sitting here either long enough, or long enough with repeated exposure/practice, we will naturally begin to open up more ❤️ it doesn’t matter what your version of this pose looks like though - it’s all about how it feels to get the same / right benefits x
