Ozpin's monologue at the end about fear is one of the best pieces of writing in the whole series.
And delivered in Shannon McCormick's calm, professorial voice...it spells out the very lessons James Ironwood refused to learn.

I get the feeling that Ironwood selected his Specialists not only for their skills, but for the degree of devotion to him.

That finale was crazy! You were not the only one speechless and emotional...it was a LOT. One of the best finales since volume 3 in my opinion.

I have saw all Volumes as they came since volume 4, every finale cliffhanger killed me for around 9 months every time (it more or less the amount of months between the finale of a volume and the beginning of the next one) and the fact that this one didn't had a posy credit scene hit me so hard like, ye i get it, Salem been there is cliffhanger enough, thats how serious it all has became, it let me so emotional damaged that when volume 8 came...i just couldn't watch it as it came out cause i knew ( and i was right) that every chapter cliffhanger was gonna be 7 days of stress pain and suffering, i felt like i was not ready for what was coming, and i was right, anyways see you (well your video reaction of volume 8 ) soon.
