They're definitely going up, i can see them going for a half million a few years from now-at least on that model with the removable top & only 200 made, i'm surprised Car Max valued it at under $200k....with a little work it should be worth a quarter mil+ within a year....4 years from now, maybe double that.

Right? It's like he tries to find cheap cars that have already appreciated in value, rather than judging which cars now will appreciate in value in the future and holding onto those. I don't think he has the real estate to hold cars for long periods of time.
If you had watched his other videos about these cars you would know that he has already purchased new tires for both and is just waiting for them to arrive and be installed.

I am surprised they wasted their time on this except for the free advertising I guess. I am sure they didn't spend too much of their time looking at them or finding the numbers.
It’d probably be fun for them to check out the lamborghinis, not something you see every day. Probably helps break up the monotony of haggling back and forth with some guy and his 2010 Kia Soul.

Like in all stores there are times of the days when there isnt much to do and you just sit at your desk bored watching youtube. So if Hoovie comes in at those times of the day those guys are probably stoked because they get to see some rad cars and talk to Hooive.

@@poplaurentiu4148 I'd keep the Murcielago as a driver. I wouldn't worry so much about putting miles on it or scratching it. The Countach could go. Not a comfortable car, very dated technology, not the best year Countach and hard to just drive around easily. To much fake crap hanging on to it to make it look cool. (Those scoops .... Really ?). The Diablo is a keeper. Beautiful car. Perfect condition (almost). Very low mileage. Racing up in value. Fewer made. That would stay in my collection forever.

@@williampotter2098 Murcielago with automatic gearbox is meehh (yes is still a Murcielago, spyder still nice even though the one of Hoovie since has automatic gearbox and some drilled holes in the front bumper somewhere if you watched the clip that is why its Murcielago was worth less than other two.. that Diablo is a pretty special and Countach as is 25 anniversary even is last version more common is still worth big bucks and since both are manual, that is much sweeter, he may find a Murcielago manual which is more desirable, or sell all those background cars and get a classic Miura to have only Lamborghinis.. ;0) but i guess only him will know what to do next after all he is Hoovie right ? ;0)
It's been fun watching Hoovie grow up. i remember when he was buying semi-abandoned Lexus 5-speeds and Toyota Land cruisers on the cheap. They grow up so fast.
Don't put it past him to revert back to that at some point for some great content haha.

I think Hoovies should keep both for at least awhile, maybe 3 to 5 years. Fix them up, get the service and tires up to par then enjoy them. "Enjoy" can just be staring at them and bring them out to weekend coffee runs only. Don't put too many miles on them. I am doing my part to help you afford them by watching your videos. :-)

My humble opinion, if you can afford, keep them, at least the Countach and the Diablo, I am sure that in couple of years their value will be double at least.
The Countach has driven men mad for nigh on 5 decades. I grew up in the 80’s. It’s impossible to describe how ubiquitous the image of the Countach was at that time.
This channel is so 1988 it hurts and I love every minute of it.
They will only go up in value, I'd keep them as long as possible.
Tyler has enough subscribers that when he wants to sell the cars, he can get a retail buyer and make much more than these wholesale offers.

So glad I got back to finding Hoovie's garage. There's so much to like here; watching Lamborghinis being driven is always nice, the music is downright cozy- brings me back to my early 80's memories of local TV channels starting a "movie fest"... and of course there's always Tyler's delivery which makes me momentarily look for a young Jeff Goldblum, but without the unnecessary dramatics.

I think the camera wasn't able to pick up the exhaust sounds very well, which forced him to have to add the music, and cut it short. Its not the easiest to record these sounds.

@@ForcesNL When comparing the prices of the necessary repair to do the hole or not, doing the hole was the sane decision. It's a Murcielago (not one of the very rare manuals), a 1 of 200 *worldwide* Diablo or a Countach that's always been rare and 30 years past production.
Yeah, its an expensive car, but its not near unobtanium like the other two.
