Are John Cena's triceps inflamed in this video? Because every other triceps video of other guys their triceps are not like John's where the entire bottom tricep looks swollen.
I was thinking the same thing they look puffy but it's probably how he's built
@@xamoshiss4415 yeah probably but at the same time he does alot of lower tricep and upper forearm and around the elbow workouts to where the upper forearm and lower tricep looks puffy.
