Hi Vandana main kuch dino se aapki yoga practice follow kar rahi hoon and its work. Main ek singer hoon.aur isiliye apse request hain ki aap singers ke liye kuch yoga posture bataye plz jisse gale ki awaz cristal clear ban sake.
I hope they add yoga classes too in the gym. At least twice a week.

Hi FitTak, Very Good video.I had started yoga learning during this lockdown.I am starting with Surya namaskar & breathing exercises.I tried seated forward bend but my spine isn't bending neither are my fingers getting any where near my legs. is it normal? Will it take sometime for my spine to be flexible?

I have heard you were saying in some postures of yoga that stay for 5 to 8 deep breaths. Please clear wheather we have to hold our breath for 5 to 8 times or take long breaths in between the posture. I am little bit confused because I am beginner in yoga. Please also suggest where from I have to start and at least how many asans are advisable for a day and for what duration?

Hey i wana know, in any asana (let's say trikonasana) after you inhale stretch arms & lean downwards on one side, you mention we will stay here for 2/3/5 breaths, what do you mean by that? Are we suppose to hold breaths, or we can breathe? Before we come upwards towards normal position we began at. Please reply so i do it right way
