Mujhe rheumotoid arthritis hai.knees maii sweeling hai.right knee utha hua hai jamin par nahin lagta.niche nahi betha jaata.chalne mai dikkat hai.full body swelling.yoga help karega.aur kaunsi exercise kare.jyada exercise nahi kar sakti.age 42 hai.

Madam me regular yoga practice kartahun par mujhe daily basis kon kon si yoga karna he ? Kitna karna chahiye. Ye idia nahin he. Me roj karib 1 hour karta hun. Kavi kavi time ho to ushse jyada vi karta hu. And kosis karta hun jyada se jyada yoga postures practice kar sakun. Kindly suggest me.
Ma'am yoga pose ki frequency kitne karne hai? Sirf ek baar hi karna hota hai kya? Ya kitne time bhi kar skte hai ? Like ek pose ko 4-5 time then next pose kia ?
