Revenant really has been carrying Apex lore since season 4. This was definitely caught me off guard. Super excited

@@b.aonthebeat1507I dropped the lore after the 'Pathfinders Quest' book which was a while back. Hard to keep up with it especially when new legends get their own story that goes off on a tangent
They need to do more with horizon and ash's storyline, horizon and ash lore were hella juicy when coming out

I love the part where Valk uses her tactical and the enemies are unphased. Truly an Apex experience.

I love how all of Loba's flaws were shown off in this cinematic like a microcosm of her character defects. She brought all her friends into an obvious trap, took her sweet time killing Caleb with her staff because she wanted the closure of killing her father's murdered with her father's gift but as a result took too long and endangered everyone she cares about (and also Maggie and Octane I guess) in the process of her failing spectacularly.
These are all lessons she could have learned at an earlier date, but refused to budge on for self-centered reasons.
She's a great character, all things considered, just not a good person. Everyone is gonna put her low contact and she's probably only gonna be able to talk to Bangalore since she's been almost completely detached from this story.
Yeah and plus she’s the reason Octane has lost his pops so that’s gonna be interesting. Live will probably end up staying away from loba for ruining her friendship with Octane if things go bad between the two.

Yes she did take too long to destroy the head but it was also lifelines fault for putting the tracker on Octaine and not telling him that his father died. So you can’t blame only loba. It’s also Lifelines fault too and also Lifeline ruined her friendship with Octaine long before loba wanted to go get reverents head. So like I said you can’t blame this on loba. She also didn’t know it would be a trap and she also didn’t know that Octaines grandfather would have a proposition for Reverent. So stop pinning this on loba like she had the idea of WANTING to get her friends grandfather killed cuz she didn’t

This is so good and lore accurate. I mean just look how well implemented the P2020 is. That even Lobas stick can make more damage to the glass of the head, while the P2020 not even scratching it in the previous part is truly the Apex Legends experience
tbf a punch in apex does more damage then 1 shot with a p2020 so id say its accurate

Theory: what if this is what happened in Shadow Revenant's timeline? He gained access to his head, full control of simulacrum production and took over using his army. He did imply that Loba's quest for revenge led him to victory: maybe it meant now in the timeline rather than during the Broken Ghost era...

From what i understood, there is Duardo and Hammond Robotics that were tinkering with his head . But both had different objectives, but only one mean , rev .
In computers, any backdoor is a vulnerability to be exploited. Not much a plan if Crypto can just .ssh into the console of Rev.

@@jeffh2626considering that the serum (which Octane uses copious amounts of) has autoregenerative properties, I can see him survive, but he'd have to be very lucky coming out of the Revenant mosh pit still breathing.

I liked his look but all he ever really did was loom menacingly. Like there’s the “durado lies” grafiti but we never actually got to see him lying about something.

2. Control over death
This story lines are insane like you want to sit at the edge of the seat to watch it
I LOVE the Rev lore. This sense of wanting control over a legion of death bots instead of dying seems so in character for him.
Duardo is not dead. He survived with the stim in his cane to remain at 1 hp

This presents a whole new host of issues now however, all of Duardo’s (Torres’) deals are going to fall through, the protection he’s offered Seer’s parents, the deal he has with Ballistic to keep his son out of the games, and possibly a lot more that we don’t yet know about, this is going to be a very interesting story

This is still the last piece of lore we really have. Revenant has gone rougue and has an army of doppelgangers, and that's just where Apex lore ends right now. Ridiculous.
This genuinely gave me chills.
Summary of this episode: Revenant and his children take over Apex Legends.
It was in this moment we saw Revenant reach his peak. He is gonna have some big lore, and I cannot wait for the absolute fear and destruction he is about to cause. Also, this may mean Crypto’s sister will be joining the games soon, since Duardo is dead.
Everyone expecting Valk's tactical wiped all revenants. Truly an apex experience!

Love how they showed a funny/ cute side of rev in this series, and then brutally reminded all of us that he's a ruthless killing machine ready to slaughter all the legends at anytime. Truly and Apex experience.
