- We have a Lego Monkie Kid Season 5 trailer! In this video I breakdown all the new characters we see and predict what may be happening in this next season!
This trailer dropped rather suddenly--and unofficially, too. I talk about the new animation style and the leave of Flying Bark Studios, as well as pointing out details you may have missed, such as why is MK wearing pajamas for one frame in the Underworld? And just what exactly is Nezha's relationship to King Li Jing? And what are these strange Infinity Stone-looking things? Who are these new creatures the crew is fighting? Will we get Sandy lore? Macaque lore? And WHY DOES SUN WUKONG HAVE HIS CIRCLET BACK? (and why does it look slightly different...?) All these questions and more will be answered in this video!!

Wukong's voice actor confirmed that season 5 will be a lot darker than season 4. Which excites me so much. I also love how Nezha will have a more important role in this season. Since his debut, I always wanted to get more about his character. Introducing his father is probably the thing I'm most excited for.
Honestly, I don’t really mind the animation at this point I mean I’m a little bit disappointed but as long as the storytelling is still gonna be good, then I’m gonna be OK
The bird is (not blue, he is green) nine-headed beast, and if you look at the summer lmk sets, you’ll see that he also has a human form
The Solar system imagery in 6:31 looks very much like what's attached to Nuwa's back in the Lego set, a large ring with the colour stones instanced across it. I assume that's what we can see in the 'cool picture'
GEART video, always nice to see people who are obsessed of the show just as much as I am, makes me wish that I had people to talk about it even more.😭
Also the light pillar in the trailer, is supposedly the pillar of life or the pillar of the world, (that what MK was asking Nezha) and it’s basically what holding the world together, and it got all messed up after what happened (conspiracy) with Azure, and from what I got the Ten kings blamed the gang, and now they have to find a way to fix things Again, and I think the stones is the answers
9:13 & 12:16 The bird in the trailer isn't one of the constellations, it's actually another demon known in the Jourmey To The West as The Nine (9) Headed Prince Consort & is known in the show as The Nine (9) Headed Demon. Hope this clears up some questions you might have had.
I just image after Wukong gets the circulet again he just freaks out and says "not again" or something like that

We need more screen time from the goat macaque in this season

2:49 this is my theory about why Nezha is working with his father. If you look at his neck you can see the thing around his neck, it looks very similar to circlet that Monkey King original had and since we can see how Nezha's father can put the circlets on other people. WE can assume that he would do that with his own son.
The tiny mk was probably mei because of the green clothes

I'm pretty sure that mech suit is for nezha because of the similarities the pink fire no other person who use pink fire beside nezha the mech has the same color pallet as nezha outfit & while the mech is fighting the bird you could see it use a pink and blue barrier just like nezha if you compare the 2 barriers

You can get a better look at that mech in the product, it belongs to Ne Zha, It's pretty neat
The phenoix is the one that gave birth to peng and the peacock
6:09 i swear i watched a direct translation from chinese to english for this trailer (i cannot tell you where i found it, i forgot 😭) but i think MK was asking about something called "the pillar of creation?" Maybe this is in reference to one of the 8 pillars to heaven in chinese mythology, or something entirely different
I've heard that the new mech was Nezha's and the pink-flame-thingy is from him.

9:24 it has the same ring on it's head that monkey king has now so maybe nazha father use the same ring on the phoenix because there has been some media where the red phoenix becomes darker and has dark fire power like in legend hero where cao cao yes the guy from the three kingdoms don't have time to explain it had a red phoenix motif in his armor and he goes bad for a while and has black armored suit and in beyblade kai also had a phoenix that become evil and all of those shows had the 5 beast the west and south and east and north ones and they had yellow dragon too so this can't be just a randam phoenix or a confidence so ya that's the theory a lego theory
