Absolutely. You gotta do it quick though. Meat stops absorbing smoke at 160 degrees so might wanna have a thermometer handy. Thanks for checking us out💯💯 Hope this helps. Peace and blessings
Thank you so much and advice well taken Chef! I love to share and I also love to learn so I appreciate and trust your knowledge. Thank you for taking the time to not only watch but also share your wisdom. Peace and Blessings to you good Sir 🏆 ✌🏾

First off, Huge thank you for checking out the content. I smoked at 275. The main goal is to get that color and put enough smoke on’em for that flavor. Hope this helps and Thank you again. Peace and Blessings
You know I did. Just added some beef bullion and more water to enhance the flavor. Definitely appreciate the kind words and view. Peace and Blessings✌🏾💯

Try smoking them first and then after 3 hours pan cook them in beef both and vegetables or beef tallow. Trust me the flavor is way better than boiling them first!!
First off BIG thanks for watching and commenting. The parboiling is just one of those things I can’t shake with oxtails. It’s one of those ole family traditions that I hold close to the chest. They only parboil for 10 to 15 minutes tops and we know oxtails ain’t giving up much in the way of flavor in that amount of time as tough as they are. We all got our way of skinning a cat. One of these days soon I’ll do a comparison as far as parboiling vs. not. But I’m cool on cooking them in tallow. My Wife would cuss me the F out😂😂 Peace and blessings Bro💯
We don’t believe in bad questions on this channel. BBQ is a never ending learning process. Once the smoke is in the meat it definitely there to stay even after braising. Hope this helps and BIG THANKS for checking out our channel. Peace and blessings

Absolutely. You gotta do it quick though. Meat stops absorbing smoke at 160 degrees so might wanna have a thermometer handy. Thanks for checking us out💯💯 Hope this helps. Peace and blessings
Chef when seasoning use a sheet pan . So much easier to season each piece. Just a suggestion from an old Chef. But you do you. Thanks for sharing 👍🏾.
