- #finalfantasyxvi #finalfantasy16 #finalfantasy16ost It's finally time. I've been waiting for this game for too damn long, and now I finally have it in my hands. I hope you all enjoy this beautiful game, and it's beautiful music as well.

"The only fantasy is yours and I shall be its final witness"
Just amazing !!!!!! 😍😍😍😍
We shall.
And then he final fantasied all over the place.
He did it! He said the thing!!
"The only fantasy here is yours, and we shall be it's final witness"
I love how Clive gets his Limit Breaker by accepting the truth, while Ultima reveals his Limit Breaker by denying the Truth
I love how Find the Flame is stronger at each phase to show that Clive is getting the upper hand through the fight
And the fight reaches its peak when it fully switches to All As One which is another version of Find The Flame except the lyrics are about all the friends you made along the way instead of just Clive *chef's kiss*
And AFO basically being a heroic mix of Find the Flame, the Prelude, and Final Fantasy is fantastic.
Literally a battle for the AUX Cord XD
It wouldn’t be a final fantasy if you didn’t kill god in the end
Annoying and repetitive. The demo felt so different from the last 2/3 of the game. The tone can change but the plot went so over the top. And barnabas has barely any character to him….
@@ahjinarts9358well i wouldn‘t say barnabas didn‘t have any character its just not much was shown, same goes for dion and joshua
Well... not every FF has a god as a boss; III has the Cloud of Darkness, which is more like a monster; IV has Zeromus, which is just a Lunarian that hates the human race; V is Exdeath, which is a tree with the only purpose of "voiding" everything; VI is a literal clown; VII is a soldier with alien DNA and powers; VIII is a witch that plays with time; and XV is an old king that controls the Daemons. I didn't play XI or XIV, so I can't say about those two.
It wouldn't be a JRPG**
@@ultimamage3That's racist.
That 999999 damage at the end is just like icing on the cake.
After completing all those Side Quests and getting through the main story, I felt this was all worth all the hard work...kicking the ass of the monster seeing to kill his own creation just for living and being different.
Clive and his friends and loved ones are the definition of Justification.
Hearing the voices of Cid, Joshua and others got me emotional
Bro I felt that as well. the parts where he switches eikons and his friends are cheering him on. Dude has the whole world backing him. Reminded of some dragon ball z and naruto shit
I dunno. To me they come across as the sort of entitled brats you find on Reddit.
"It's OUR world now because WE say so!"
You could say that Ultima was ultimately (pun intended) killed because of his own folly.
A god felled by his own creation.
Star ocean 3 same thing about the creation
He can join Chakravartin in the 'Assblasted by your own creation' club. He already paid the membership fee with that punch to the face.
@@calamityknyteFunny enough, both of their brothers served their purpose the exact same way.
@@consumerjtc5835 That's...That’s true!
Wow. How original. That has NEVER happened in a JRPG before.
I love reusing Find the Flame as the base of the song. This version was so god damn hype when it played!
Find the flame is Clive theme
A song they use for a lot of things but redone and put into other songs that's catchy (like find the flame) correct me if I'm wrong is called a melody.
@@AresLodineither a leitmotif or a motif I believe
0:33 I love this motiff so much.
I like the one after it more
It's the motif of Typhon, which means that the Typhon fight was actually Ultima but using the body of Typhon.
Hard agree
Looks like the cross. Who does this guy think he is, god? lol
@@Alvin-xs7db Ultima definitely has the arrogance to think he's a god, not realizing that Clive is at LEAST as strong as he is and is repeatedly proving as such.
That noment when clive is switching with each eikon with the cast cheering eikon
Yeah I loved it when even benedikta and Cid was cheering Clive
Benedikta??@@Temperance_XVII
Actually, the voices cheering Clive on as he used the various Eikon abilities he gained weren't some of his foes that he had faced. It was some of the best friends he ever made after the thirteen years of guilt he beared. And it was in this order:
Howay, Clive! - Gav
Go on, lad! - Cid
Give him hell, Clive! - Mid
That's my boy! - Byron
Together! - Jill
Onward, my son! - Archduke Elwin
Forevermore. - Joshua
It was corny af but goddamn it, it was also awesome as hell!
The last part with the button mashing punch had me screaming in awe, that was the coolest shit ever
I'll never not love when the prelude (crystal theme) is worked into the climatic moment of a final fantasy game
the fact taht there were multiple ultimas completely flew over my head somehow but it led to one of the coolest fights ever, bahamut still #1 tho
Sleipnir was the #1 boss fight for me, then Bahamut.
IMO the final punch alone surpassed Bahamut's boss and every boss that FF had before.
Wait wtf there was multiple ultimas? I thought it was just him alone
The game was a little too easy and most of the side quests were boring, but when the game shines, it SHINES. Love the boss battles and OST.
Some sidequests were boring and other ones were deep. Problem was the over abundance. Preferred more quality over quantity
@shinigamirenegade they needed a bit more variety in terms of what you do in them. Maybe they could have used some of the minigame stype mechanics from the Eikon fights in a smaller scale in some way, to vary things a bit. A lot of the archs they follow also felt needlessly dragged out, repeatedly going back to the same settlement to save them from an attack, only for their story to barely move an inch till you've done it 2-3 more times. The payoff was really good if you persist through them though :)
11:16 When I heard the main FF motif here in the brass section, I cried a bit
That and the Prelude, it's really hitting home
Same when we hear FF1 Overworld theme in earlier Ultima phases
The game makes you break the crystals and everything tied to the FF origins, Ultima being in most of them, that's so thoughtful
Creative business unit 3 the FF14 & FF16 Team do a stellar job at honoring the series music with leit motifs all the time. They love the franchise and their products really sell it.
@@Kromgar1337 For as much as they "love" Final Fantasy, they seem to have a good time shitting all over Final Fantasy's past and the things that once made it special.
The music for me is a masterpiece ❤
Clive has to be a top 5 FF character... He solo'd God
Lightning solo'd God as well
@@olbericaegis206 it didn't have this banger so, Nuh uh
Following Lightning are others being somewhat FFXIV's warriors of light and Jack Garland from Stranger of Paradise.
@@typonumber8939 ??? Listen the Final boss theme of Lightning returns. Its a masterpiece.
@@StateOfTheMind11225Ffxiv constantly gets the help of 7 of the strongest characters in the universe tho? (Azem Crystal)
Still thinking about this
Still thinking about this x2
Gotta love the choir in this track. Very ominous
I really hope we get to play through a good DLC or a complete FF16-2 game. I love the combat and this world to much for it to be over.
I'll personally vouch for a Leviathan DLC where you have to fight it as a human and it's a Level 100 superboss.
I think they teased it at the end, or they were just talking about the DLCs :( idk.
I swear on my sword to shield the fire birds flame
FOREVERMORE
May the fire birds flame ever burn in our hearts
One of the cleanest lines in my notes.
7:52 - 8:10 - That soundtrack, the clash, that was one of the most EPIC moments in FF history!!
Ultima - "why do i hear boss music?"
Casually pulls out an Evangelion typa bullshit and draws the Sephiroth with his clones
4:12
Goosebumps
Gale: unrelenting
Garuda!
The beginning really reminds me of hakus dragon boy ost from spirited away
Dude, after listening to this i had to go to spirited away soundtrack just for that. Gold pieces of music.
Best final fantasy game in a long time
If you can get into it, FF14 is pretty stellar, and it is made by the same team as FF16. Same composer, too.
Only FF I did all the sidequests , demolished Ultima first play through at level 49 great game
W fight, felt like the mf avatar during the end
Fantasy finally
Masterpiece
Best ending in the series.
Jesus Christ no
@@GroovyLeonwhich was the best then? FF16 is in the top for sure.
@@CaliMisfit FF16 ending was pretty good but it's nowhere near FF9 ending with Melodies of Life or FF6 ending
@GroovyLeon you have your opinion I have mine.
FFX's ending is still the GOAT
I honestly thought we were getting a typical FF wall boss for a moment when they all came together for that spell and got super hyped. Still a great fight though.
It just dawned on me this fight is a combination of DBZ and avatar the last airbender
There's jojo's in there too
Ich bin jetzt auf dem Weg nach Hause
The soundtrack in this game is amazing... My one only problem with the game is that Cid died way too early. Cid was one of my favourite characters in the game, so I was rather sad when he died. I am really glad that Torgal didn't die though. I would've been very angry if the game killed off Torgal.
4:13
And we shall be its final witness
Looks like Zanza. Final dungeon is Origin. Ultima wants to remake the world without humans...hmmm
Same voice actor in English too, I think.
@@theinmortal6Same voice actor than two Xenoblade villains wanting to remake the world actually. 😊
@@Archon3960 I know! They did a great job (even though I played all Xeno games with Japanese dub, except Gears).
12:02 the lowest instruments playing the bass section seem to evoke the Crystal Cave intro from FFIII but I might be overhyped by this
At exactly 1:35 thats the ultima weapon its literally ultimas sword
8:23
Let's make this his final fantasy
“And yet still you cannot see, you are no better than us. We are one, in the SAME!”
Clive dying was proper bullshit
He didn't die, he lost his left arm only
@@fersho450 How do you know? Or is it your interpretation of the end?
Clive's fate was left ambiguous. It was open ended for the audience to decide what happened to him. What is certain is that he succeeded in his mission to destroy the legacy of the crystals as seen in the post credits... But I like to believe Clive survived since I'm convinced he wrote "Final Fantasy" as a memoir after losing his arm.
@@lawman9039 Yes, I do believe he either died and revived Joshua, or Joshua died and he survived under Joshua's name as he did with Cid's. But I never thought about him losing his arm.
@@PelusillaJefa408 The arm part is just referring to the curse taking hold of it and turning to stone
This is the second time Ultima is a final boss. Unless I'm missing something?
whens the first?
I think the third? Or first I believe idk
As far as I know, Second next to FF Tactics' Ultima
I hope this song for Dissidia Final Fantasy for PS5.

*_GALE UNRELENTING_*
Do you have the Odin vs Bahamut music from the cutscene?
search in youtube.....

Круто👍🏻🔥
What if ultima had used leviathan?
I don’t think he have it?
Actually now that I think about it ultima plan was flawed from the start because of that
Yeah really doesn’t make sense why he wouldn’t have it, unless somehow ultimas physical form only had the power of the eikons which Clive had claimed
There’s no reason Ultima shouldn’t have leviathan as they created all eikons
@@pablothecoffeelover2551he just kinda didn’t care, seven were good enough i guess
Utima BMG feel like facing the end of creation, which is quite good.
But it not even near the level of Sephiroth. the man himself is his BMG
SEPHIROTH!!!
Ah dang it, I was hoping the two songs were separate.
They are separate, the first song is "Hymn of the Penitent" and the second is "All As One"
I ment in different videos and not looped into the 1 video

The truth is, the gameplay and skillsystem is extremly easy and boring. You can beat Ultimalius easy single handed. This game is only a movie, but a good one.
And for the FF fans here, do never forget. Kefka from FF6 is still the only one who destroyed the world!
What a disappointing final boss theme
Are you serious how is this disappointing do your ears not work
it's a troll

@@FeeIRGit's one of the best games ever imo
I’m pissed I never fought his 4 arm form. Otherwise AMAZING game.
People make fun of "the power of friendship, "but that's real af. In combat, knowing one of your buddies has your back, and knowing they know you have theirs, can really fill you with motivation.
There is difference between literal power of friendship and motivational one
B... but...
The friends aren't even there for the Power of Friendship final battle.
unironically the power of friendship can be equated to morale
It's a tired trope but that doesn't make it any less true. Our consciousness, the connections we forge, how we change and are in turn changed by others, all of those give life meaning. Without any of that we may as well not even be alive
I don't even care about friendship. The foundational power of humanity is our ability to work together and pass on knowledge. As much as some people may want to believe otherwise we can't live without each other. That's our core strength as a species.
