Wow. I thought it would be okay but it was just excellent . The exertion felt exactly like what it feels when you play a good intensity tennis set! I’d pay $1 each time I use this video for a work out to the creator!
Hi there, I have been playing Tennis for about 2 years now but my endurance is bad. Like really bad. How often should I do your workout to see improvements?
I would recommend 2-3x per week. You can try any of my workouts. They are all great for tennis players. Some easier, some harder. Should start to feel the results in a couple of weeks!!
Good, but other simple home exercises are missing, such as dribbling from a standing ball and stopping the ball, touch sensitivity, the drop shot movement, the standing serve movement, the stop volley exercise, the cutting movement of the backhand and forehand, the use of simple tools such as elastic, standing rope jumping, in short, should be integrated, all done at home or in the open air garden... One should complete them 30/45 minutes per day, or alternatively.
