YES! YES! YES! It definitely works. We've been plagued with squeaky floors in our kitchen for a while. The house is only 10 years old. I just tried it and WooHoo! Squeak is gone. I hope you give it a try and have the same good fortune. Alice
Watch closely at 0:10 where the boards that he is standing on is squeeking. His tips of shoes are on line with the handle of the hammer. Now watch where he puts the baby powder. It is some 10 boards in front of where he was standing. His knees are actually on the spot with the squeek. Funny! Have not tried the powder trick myself so it is possible this may actually work don't know. Another thing I find interesting is that one legged table on wall behind him...lol. :)
Yea he put the powder next to the bowl but the squeak was near his knees...what's up with that. Smh. But hey I'll try it anyway to see if it works. Lol
I tried this years ago and it didnt work. Saw this vid about using the block of wood and rubber mallet, it worked like a charm. Takes abit more effort than what was shown in the vid....but it worked
And it didn't squeak when he got down on them (his knees) like it should have. The squeak sound was fake you have to step in and off the boards to make them squeak I live with it.
Not a good tutorial. At the beginning you were standing somewhere else and then you put the powder in front about two to three boards in front of you. That floor was not squeaky at all. 🤦🏻 Next video make sure you have a squeaky floor and put enough baby powder on the right boards. The other guy did it in 5 minutes with a real squeak and enough baby powder. Thats not enough baby powder to start with. 🤦🏻
Awwwwwesome it works 100% of the time when you move away from the squeaky spot, like how he did in his video... Lol lol
Lol
I thought I was the only one that saw that
Squeak was added in post too
The squeaks were dubbed into the audio.
Next time try It on the spot that is actually squeaking not the wood a couple feet in front of it thought no one noticed huh?! we ain't stupid!!
Deneesha Crump I did!!! Right?

He is not standing on the squeaky spot ! 👎👎👎

thanks!
15 minutes? Took you like 30 soconds.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Lmao
Pretty sure he fixed it in less than 15 minutes
djnycis lmaooooo
djnycis LOL
15 seconds
Yes it does completely work. You can use talc powder from its original form and donit. Ots basically rock dust
Yea he put the powder next to the bowl but the squeak was near his knees...what's up with that. Smh. But hey I'll try it anyway to see if it works. Lol
Did it work
I tried this years ago and it didnt work. Saw this vid about using the block of wood and rubber mallet, it worked like a charm. Takes abit more effort than what was shown in the vid....but it worked
LOL, 15 minutes. The whole video is just over a minute and he fixed it already.
Worked for me!!!! Awesome, thank you.!!!!!
This is how you destoroy your credibility in 15 seconds
Except you're kneeling on the spot that was squeaking
And it didn't squeak when he got down on them (his knees) like it should have. The squeak sound was fake you have to step in and off the boards to make them squeak I live with it.
Not only is he not doing it the same spot but the creek sound is fake
15 minutes? that was like 1 second
Funny that the floor did not squeak when he kneeled down?
It’s around 15 seconds.....
this guy has no sense of time or coordination. is this a comedy sketch.
Would this help my bed from squeaking at night...?
Think the shoes were squeeking
Lubricant to get what in there powder??
Didn’t work for me☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
Talc stops working after a few months because it absorbs water. This stuff looks better @
Baby powder does not work. Idk y they keep putting up this home fix.
Worked for me! It works for surface squeaks, but sometimes the problem is deeper
Im really annoyed with this guy, it didn't work at all and got all over my floor. Took forever to clean up, would not recommend :)
15 minutes? Mf'er the video was 1 minute long lmao
honestly man, if it really works..why are you so off from the squeaky spot.
No!!!!!!!
Sure am glad I wasted less than 15 minutes of my life watching this nonsense. I think we all have a better use for that mallet!!!
