It’s quite catchy, naff maybe, but still better than a lot of stuff that passes for music.
I have seen several, and this is one of the best I've seen. The only thing I would have done differently is when Colin Baker sings of the Daleks, I would use scenes where the 6th Doctor interacts with the Daleks.
Thanks! I probably could (and should) have used the Sixth Doctor interacting with the Daleks, but unfortunately I couldn't find any clips that I was satisfied with.
OK, I get why people might hate this song, but I actually rather like it. Maybe we could sing this to the BBC to try and get them to fix the show (maybe annoy them a bit with this).

I've forced myself to listen to this at least 100 times and by this point, either have grown a fondness or an immunity for it. Lol.

Let me be clear, this song is about as cringe as any song could be. It's demonstrably an awful song, and no one could defend it as a song. And for the record, I'm not even a particularly big fan of Who, I watched a few seasons of the reboot, didn't watch the original series and don't watch it now.
However, it's one of the title cards I take issue with
_Doctor Who fans decided that they needed to make a song that would bring the show (that wasn't even cancelled!) back._
It is true that _officially_ Michael Grade (newly head of BBC 1 at the time) didn't outright cancel Dr Who, but he was on the record as hating it as well as pretty much any sci fi, and he did cancel an adaptation of Tripods, and did try to cancel The Black Adder. Add to all that the fact that the BBC were experiencing financial difficulties and the fact that he cancelled season 23 of Dr Who, it's not at all surprising that Who fans thought it was the end.
I in no way think this song made the difference (many hundreds of letters flooded Grades desk from Who fans), but I think it's not at all unreasonable to suggest that if fans hadn't done _something_ the hiatus would have been permanent..as it turned out to be the case just four years later. In hindsight we've had the reboot of course, but clearly that's beside the point which is that fans were worried about a Who 'cancellation', and it did happen.
