This is a well established and well maintained neighborhood, I live in this neighborhood, and it is an incredible place to live with your family and there are million dollar homes here too!

I don't think that neighborhood supports a million dollar home. Plus for that price point you have a small yard and no pool? Lots of old homes in that neighborhood.

In that neighborhood you won't find many big lots. It's one of the older parts of Lakeland but a very beautiful area. The market will determine the price. You'd have to be silly to start with the lowest price you'd take, but if there isn't enough interest it'll lower in price or go off market. I think it'll make a great home for a lot of different people.
Lived just outside of lakeland 63 years ago in a cottage. There were 3 of them arranged along a corner, landladies' house was on the corner of the roads itself. All around on all sides of the road were citrus groves. The school bus ride to the school in Kathleen passed acres ofpasture filled with palmetto bushes and skinny cows. The school itself was laid out on a campus with streets on three sides. Actually four, because the library and gym were scross a small street from the older buildings which consisted of the oldest building, a two story brick building, behind that the caffeteria with double doors on each end and behind that a stretch of barracks adapted for classrooms. Behind that and across the fourth street was the primary school building. It was square building with a railed porch around it. It looked like it was staight from a polinesian movie set. Across the street from the main building and the library (across from the street between those buidings actually) was the Devils Den, a small concession stand that sold chewing gum, chips and candy bars, and as I recall, note paper, pencils and such.
It was my first experience with grits, which I learned I did not lik. And sloppy joe sandwhiches made with chunks of beef rather than ground. The beef was stringy and chewing it was like trying to chew shoelaces. After saying hello several times and getting "hey" in response i said hey to the next kid I met in the hall she said.... "hello".
Folks could still homestead on five acres of scrubby palmetto around lake Parker by building homes and improving the land and it was deeded to them, scot free. It was there in central Florida I first saw overt, ugly racism.
Lakeland has been my home for over 50 years! My wife and I got married here and we have raised 3 kids- it’s a wonderful city to live!!!
The house is beautiful on the outside but it looks so out of place in the neighborhood. Also, too many walls😂 I prefer a more open concept.
Love that it has a Casita. Just needs a pool.
Man cave, gym, play "room", spare bedroom, extra garage, studio, that could be anything wow.

@@t-man152 having that kind of echo even without furniture is terrible. You'll definitely be able to hear people talking downstairs while in your room with the door closed upstairs... As someone who lived and a 5k sqft house and currently living in a 2.9k sq ft house, they're all built like ass.
