Love the wood flooring. The tile in the bathrooms closely matches the wood flooring, so there are no visually jarring transitions. I think that's a very thoughtful design feature that many homes lack. All the interior choices are lovely. That huge backyard + no HOA is a big plus.

Love not being hit with a view of the kitchen as soon as the front door opens. Nice layout with quite attractive upgrades (no popcorn ceilings!!) Best of all, for me, is that huge fenced-in backyard.

Attractive layout with nice choices for flooring, cabinets etc. Great spacious laundry room-appreciate those electrical outlets on the opposite wall, perfect for an extra freezer or refrigerator. For me, the best is the size of the backyard and no HOA!

Very nice. That kitchen ceiling was quite thoughtfully designed and the choice of countertops is lovely.

High crime rate too!

While I do see the need for several updates (those carpets have to go), I think this is a fantastic house. The wood flooring and cabinetry is beautiful. The layout is the antithesis of boring cookie-cutter, as is the backyard. So much light and space and wonderful views. Private and peaceful. I would love to live in this house.
