  • Making Fried Banana that is suitable for the whole family. Crunchy and not greasy at all !
Limestone paste water is commonly use in Thai cuisine. Usually in making desserts and fried food. What it does is that it makes anything you fry become crispier and it will stay crispy for longer. It can be found in most supermarkets/wet market ☺️

    - How To -
Make the batter by combining on the ingredients. White sesame should be added in last.
Slice your banana into similar thickness.
    Combine with the batter.
The oil should be very hot then lower it from high heat to medium heat when the banana is in.
Fry on medium heat. Take them out earlier before completely golden brown.
They are going to set and darken their color when they’re out of the heat so it is important to take them out slightly earlier.

Very detailed and well presented. I like how you add popup text boxes with important details and leave them up long enough for us to read them and have detailed instructions in the description. I’ve never had this dish but my friend in Phuket showed buying them at a market and I got curious how they were made. We don’t have Saba bananas in our grocery stores and I’m thinking our bananas wouldn’t work as well? What kind of oil do you use? Can the used oil be saved for reuse ?

After searching here and there, I found what 'crispy flour' means! It's an unflavor tempura flour😅
