@@ThaiSecretCookingSchool That's why many houses in Thailand have a separate little building for cooking. If cooking was in the house, people and animals would have to go running outside each time hot peppers were put in a frying pan. Ok, maybe the farang would run outside - Thais could probably handle it, mai pen rai.
I resided in northern Thailand for 21 yrs until 2019. I'd often buy fried banana treats. The closer to coming out of the wok, the better. Aroi mak. Here's a little joke from true experience. I was playing guitar in a Vietnamese restaurant, which had a row of heated woks near the bandstand. A friend came up to me, while I was singing the old Rufus Thomas song, ''Walking The Dog.' He winked at me, pointed at the woks, and said, 'Woking the dog.' I laughed so hard, I could hardly keep playing the song.
Always a crowd pleaser! And easy to do, finding the bananas can be difficult if your out side of South East Asia. Best served with coconut ice cream :)
Yummy!
Very nice outdoor cooking
Thank you! Out doors is good for spicy cooking :)
It's gotta be in Thailand - there are rice paddies in back, behind the cinder block wall, as well as attractive Thai-style tropical plants around.

I work at a thai restaurant and I’m going to make this for the owners to try and impress them 😉
