Nice collab guys! Just discovered jakes channel like a week ago and subscribed so this is crazy you happened to do a collab with him this week. L sit is so hard! I just cant straighten my legs and its flippin annoying. I just need to keep doing those core compression exercises for hip flexor strength and pike stretch for hamstring flexability. Excited for next weeks video!
Haha that's always the way - youtube content comes like busses! Yeah straightening the legs is an absolute pain! that hamstring flexibility and core compression will be key for you in developing that but we all grow together! The V-sit is a bit too advanced for me. I really want to start developing it in 2021 though, once my pike flexibility has improved and once I have taught myself how to handstand =] p.s. Jorge I think you're slowly becoming more advanced than me judging by your progress updates haha!

I keep struggling with elbow pain when doing this skill. although I still deal with the pain outside of doing calisthenics but still. I just don't know what to do better or if there are any exorcises or stretches that I can do to help with my elbow pain? If you have any recommendations please do let me know

Crazy how core compression can be that hard although it does seem hard at first lol
they are deceptively difficult! great for getting that end range strength on the quads and hip flexors though!
