I'm 61. I've been doing hanging leg lifts mixed in with my pullups. I just discovered a couple of days ago I can do L-sits on the floor. It was an unintended bonus! I'm stoked!!
thanks for this amazing tutorial! im definitely gonna hold my L-sit for 10 seconds soon. btw i got to the M with the abc-challenge! very proud of myself haha. have a nice day bruv
I particularly love your tip about controlling your breathing. The L-sit is actually one of the moves that I have mastered pretty well. I can hold it for 20 seconds or more no problem. But I’m working on the handstand now. And I find that I have not learned to control my breathing in the handstand at all yet. But I know it is definitely something that will help me in learning this new skill. Thanks again for the reminder to control my breathing. 😮💨🫁
Hey thanks for this i was looking at the L-sit, and struggled to find balance but after your explanation i found it immediately, and i had a pleasant surprise that i could do the tuck L-sit right away...BUT immediately i felt my triceps is lacking compared to my core as i couldn't hold it very long, just a few seconds..but still a nice surprise. I'll keep practicing while strenghtening my triceps with other exercises:) Heres a big like
I like your Christmas tree Victor- your tutorials are spot on!! You do make it look very easy!! Hahaha! Your videos are funny and informative- I do see those Lindt's chocolates!! Hahaha!! Oh-it's an advent calendar!! Have you ever thought about doing vlogs? Just curious!! The steam engine!! I'm going to try it!!
I actually thought about Vlogs but I am still unsure how to make it in a proper way. Maybe some day! 😊 and yes its Lindt, we live close to Switzerland so we have too much of it haha! thank you Kirsten!
Hi guys I'm a 40kg male as a 15yr old.I want to ask some tips to start calisthenics?what should I be aware of?This Is my first time doing calisthenics. Is it normal that I could to a elbow lever using a table(even tho I can't hold it for a long time).
I have a huge challenge ahead of me. I have to make some moves in about 2 months and right now I can do alphabet until letter P :) but believe in me, I can do a lot with my power of will and I will do this. Thank you so much for your videos. You and Heria are my trainers and I love you. With Wim Hof as my main master I believe I can do everything. With love!!!!
@@VitalityFitnessScience thank you 💖 already doing straddle l-sit after doing the full alphabet twice before that :) so I guess it's going in the right direction :) I'm working hard I hope, please wish me well. All the love 💖
What do we do if we struggle to lift our legs up? I kept trying a lot of various ways, including brings my knees to elevate from there but can't do it. It is due to lack of balance or too much weight?
hey man, when i do the Tuck L-sit my back goes backwards, is this normal? How can I lift my body without my back going backwards so I can get my knees as close to my chest as possible?
I have been trying to learn the L sit for over a year now, nothing works i think i have wasted 60+ hours trying to learn it. I just cant have my back strait and my butt is sticking out, i am 6,4 feet tall can that maybe be a problem? Plis help i do want to this right and not waste anymore time, trying to learn this. I do want to learn this so bad but nothing works…. Plis help😢
Hey man, dont worry 60+ hours seems much but for some moves its normal. While other people learned e.g. muscle up in 1 month I needed e.g. 3. And much more work. The key: DONT give up, cuz if u do, you REALLY lose 60+ hours of your life. To the L sit himself: take parallettes and train only with additional height. Dont start with pushing off the ground, that wont work if ur body ratio doesnt allow it. Tuck ur legs on books/parallettes etc and straighten and reduce height step by step and it will function. Good luck!
Keep strengthening them my bro, I do a lot of mountain climbers and ab workouts as my physio said the same thing to me about my hip flexors, now L sit is a lot easier. 💪 keep strong bro

Maybe both. Start with simple push ups and also without holding the legs up.

How would you train tenseness of the shoulders by itself so that your body does fall forward the further out you put your legs
Scapular Push Ups are great to increase shoulder strength and stability 🤙🏼
