A really early concept was Ozpin being pissed off at Salem because he's been sending alimony checks this entire time and Salem went and bought a whale with it. Ozpin goes "Don't you have a crew that you need to pay?". It was really early concept that I scrapped but I decided to reference it in the ending credit song.
Ozpin: My ex-wife still misses me, but her aim is getting better! Her aim is getting better! You see, it's funny because being married to a future supervillain is terrible.
