Loved seeing the kittens and how you cuddled them. Cats are the best. I just said goodbye yesterday to my beautiful Pepper who was 18 years old. She was a wonderful friend.

Mr. C - Love the window box! How clever! If you pour a bit of sand into it, that will help keep the flowers in place, but will weigh the box down so a good wind doesn’t send it crashing down. 👍🙋♀️🇺🇸💕

On the panel where you didn't do the cutouts you could paint little squares in the wall color to give the illusion of matching the other panels.
I think the room looks great, nice and fresh. I like the window box, but you might want to paint a clear weather proof varnish (yacht Varnish perhaps?) over it though, it may rot otherwise. The panelling looks great and the extra bits you made to match in, really finishes it off nicely, well done withh that. Thanks for this vloggy, I enjoyed watching it x 🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂

I’ve just bought that mattress. I have to say I have t had a back ache or a painful next since I’ve had it. With my old mattress I was getting up with terrible neck and back pain. Saw the Emma cooling mattress for half price on their Black Friday sale it was so worth the money

Room refresh looks fabulous, Mr C, love the panelling; the colour is perfect. Window box is a great idea for adding a little privacy - by the way, the foliage you couldn't identify is Ginkgo Biloba. Always love seeing Pumpkin and Mittens.
You’re so clever Mr C turning the screen into paneling with the add on pieces was brilliant! Thinking a nice screen like that would also make a nice simple headboard too. Kittens are so adorable, just love them to pieces! ❤
I'm glad you left the green colour on the panelling. I thought you'd painted them white for a moment. The colour is lovely.
It’s always the case. Finish decorating the house and have to start over. Love how you find so many treasures when you’re out and about. I would have brought the champagne box home too. A fantastic looking room 😊

It all looks great. The greenery you didn't know is "Ginkgo" leaf stems.

Ps. I would use chicken wire or stones and secure the box.. if the wind catches it.. the vegetation could be pulled out or the box could fall down (and not sure whats below?).

Your spare room looks so beautiful with the paneling it is just such a wonderful idea. You could rent out that room now it is so
good. Be careful the window box does not blow away in the wind. and will you bring it inside when it rains?

Your room is looking lovely 💕 It might be a good idea to weight your window box down if you haven't already in case it gets windy... I live by the coast and it blows things around the garden, just had to order a new bird table as it got smashed!

Your panelling looks gorgeous, love the colour ! If I may be so bold, I have a suggestion for where you couldn’t be bothered to finish the mouldings ! Above the light switch, a few painted on white squares lined up along the top will match the small panel up with the others.

Hi Iwan awww the kittens r just the cutest they certainly love their daddy❤ the roon is looking great & u can't go wrong wit fake flowers 4 flower arrangements I always use flower foam so they don't move about, have a lovely weekend take care lots of love 💞💞💞

Which kitten was helping you make the bed? My kittens help with the house work, too. They "do the laundry" ( sit on clean laundry) take " the trash out" (pull out everything from the recycling) they're very helpful 😂

All looking so nice.I have all memory foam mattresses , and toppers, and love them. You can never spend too much on beds or shoes, you are either in one, or the other 🩰🛌

The flower window box was a wonderful idea. I do wonder if the box will fill with rain water? Perhaps a couple holes in the bottom will deal with that. And I don’t know much about this stuff, but maybe a water repellent spray on the flowers?
I must admit your home renovations are my favourite, I also like it when you are cooking something in the kitchen also, everything is looking amazing .

I love the paneling idea. You diy'd a great match to extend it. You are very resourceful and talented. I adore the kitties. In fact, there is a small gray tabby that I don't know the situation because she (I think) and another cat hang out on the porch of one of the units in my small complex, BUT they are always outside, not matter the weather. The guy is an idiot, just sayin'. I brought her in, while holding her, for just a minute last night. There was some louder meowing between her and my cat. We will see what the future brings.

Mr C, you are so full of inspirational ideas, the room looks splendid. The wood panelling is a lovely colour, and picks up the other colours in the room. All bedrooms should have a Mittens to add to the ambience.
Loving the makeover the window box is such a great idea have a bit more privacy. Everything is so light and fresh with the new bedding cushions etc. My Cat loves helping me do a change of bedding,🐈⬛💕

Loved the window box; so creative and what a wonderful box - but - what about the weather? Or don't you have gale force wind and rain up there in London like we do down here in Cornwall? The Cornish wind sprites would hide the foliage and flowers, play football with the box all around the garden and then mock you by throwing rain at your window panes.

Oh, Mr. C I hear ya!! We currently have a full bathroom in the conservatory😂🥴 work starts on Monday. Lord have mercy, I just hope I make it through to the other side, I don't do well with 'chaos'. Love the new bedding, it looks so fresh and crisp. The window box looks so pretty too.
