By the way, I had Lunar Client installed so i could get more FPS. Which i was told to do from a friend. My bad for not clearing that up sooner.

bedrock players are not real minecraft players, also lunar client is cheating for moderners.
@@Lou-yf1joits literally the same thing dude i play both mainly bedrock why cant we come together its the same game
@@NotCreeper78 It's NOT.
@@Lou-yf1jo ok
@@Lou-yf1jo not about to argue with you over a screen lmfao
Playing Java edition for the first time and he's already using the replay mode
Yeah, its a mod i always wanted on bedrock, but obviously it was never possible.
It was my first time PLAYING java, not my first time opening it.
Lol
7:08😂 savage
Glad to see you enjoyed Minecraft Java! I recommend looking at some more mods for Java. What I like to use the most are Modern Beta, and Nostalgic Tweaks (Fabric version). Sure, there are requirements to run those mods, but I promise you, it's worth it.
The texture packs I use are Golden Days, Beta Continuum, and Programmer Art (built-in).
If you have the chance, I recommend checking them out.
Everyone knows it’s better 😂
RL Craft also
for someone whose been playing bedrock since 2014 he pretty good at java pvp
Really? I thought my aim was all over the place.
I would always time my hits and crits against mobs on bedrock just because I thought it was a much better way to murder a mob lol.
Which could be why I was so used to it when it in this video.
@@CadenTheTroller In bedrock, you can hit a mob while jumping and then hit it when landing. It requires skill, but it's a good strategy. It doesn't work on java though
@@user-ik3ff2qv1n That is just due to the different combat mechanics. I do a ton of PVP on both versions of Minecraft, both offer a completely different experience
@@CadenTheTroller Yeah. I like bedrock pvp more though
@@user-ik3ff2qv1nhow, java pvp is way better, do you like spam clicking?
I prefer java for modded playthroughs and bedrock for the standard gameplay.
I started playing Java today yay
PvP in bedrock is legit Java 1.8
But with no block-hitting lol
yea
not actually. They are SO far off.
Java 1.8 is HEAVILY CPS based. In terms of how much damage is done a second, and how much knockback.
Bedrock pvp has a cooldown in-between hitting a player, making aim the most important. aswell as there being no blocking on bedrock.
I understood none of what you said but all I got is that it’s not the same
@@CadenTheTroller bro pulled out the 🤓
One time when i went to my cousins i asked if he had mc java on his laptop since i wanna try (he used tlauncher lol) his pc was pretty decent but since i was used to the extreme optimization of bedrock edition i played java with max render distance. I was getting mad that i was getting like 15fps and i never got the chance to play java again
One thing I'd use is Fabulously Optimized, Adds not only a LOT of optimization, but a lot of additional functionality too, whilst still remaining vanilla. controller support, dynamic lighting, etc, It's a lot like optifine. But it fixes all the issues you experienced in this video, the lag for example. You do appear to be no stranger to mods though.
i just got myself a gaming laptop and it feels so smooth to play minecraft java compared to bedrock as a bedrock player
i didnt get a GAMING laptop but i got one with a very decent i5 and its so smooth and awesome
The offhand is a feature I wish was in bedrock I cleared an entire stone / dirt room with just a shovel and pickaxe in seconds for my first Java world
Your videos are so good
Caden im huge fan pls keep up good work
Thank you! (even though you were being ironic)
@@CadenTheTroller wdym? you're a nice guy :D
I played bedrock in 2013 and I played java in 1.11 but I'm still playing bedrock to this day, but 167 minecraft days ago I started playing java 1.16.1
Edit: I am very far in both java and bedrock now about 500 days in an smp world and idk about bedrock I'll have to cheat to know what day I'm on in bedrock
dam that last thing you said kinda hit me
What is the song that played at the end of the enderdragon fight?
It's called "Break The Road" by Diego Martinez
:)
@@CadenTheTroller Thank you!
Im also quite a Minecraft bedrock player for around 6 years now
Recently i try the java edition, and tbh it was awesome
One of the main difference is there is no minecoin bc almost every mod and skin are free, which i LOVE IT
Java edition was worth it.
But i really need to practice how to pvp with keyboard 😅
I prefer java version mainly because I love the modding community
That's definitely an acceptable opinion. 👌
Like i said in the video, Both Java and Bedrock have their pros and cons. It's all just up to preference :)
I really love both, cuz what's life without another minecraft? I remember when legacy got canceled I was really disappointed, I don't want any other minecraft to die, java and bedrock can be on phone now just gotta buy it then get pojavlauncher and sign in
When I tried java the amount of buttons I had to remember
Hehe I dolowed it today so I might have to take what you have to remember
your underrated
Thank you so much! It really means a lot to me. Also, pretty cool username, Goofism. Lol
*you're
You're
For me both versions are awesome but I mostly play bedrock as I started playing it on mobile and now play on laptop. There is several differences between these two versions
The only thing i cant get behind on java is not being able to water log stuff like end rods and doors, i recently converted my massive bedrock world to java and i had tons of water logged end rods and buttons and stuff but in java it just breaks.
There shouldnt be a single reason to not have this please change!!
I’m playing java for first time. And so far my bedrock on iPad is easy to use. 🧸
Aha
I see many JAVA players play Bedrock. First time ever the vise versa!
Bedrock: Runs smoother and less resourse intense
Java: Mods, MODS, and MORE MODS
mcpedl:let me introduce myself
free bedrock skins:i am here to join
@@tntsheepyt7266yeah but mcpedl doesn't have the bigger mods like crazycraft and hexxit etc
good things is that they have remake of java mods
I play both but I believe java is better for obvious reasons
since 2011 i been playing ur mo-
love the undertale music in the back
NICE!
Good vid ❤❤❤
What fov where u using?
i think when i recorded this i was using either 90, or 97. Most likely 90, because 97 is what I use now as I find it the most similar to 90 fov on bedrock
I cant run java edition comfy enough to want to play it i get a max of like 80 fps and lots of frame dips
people say that playng bedrock edition doesnt take skill, but the ender dragon removes ur water, its breath is so OP,the onlyeasy thing is bridging, and the arguably easiest bridge in bedrock edition is god bridging, atleast on a ps4 controller.
first i played on ps4 edition legacy then bedrock then java then minecraft dungeon then deleted minecraft dungeon
I joined a java today ok my bedrock edition xbox one and the skeletons move back and to the side in a bow fight
please make more catcaden stuff
I definitely will! :)
It just takes time to work on videos.
Never said anything that’s considered different between Minecraft and real life before but I don’t think people get fish horses
Wait, you are saying since 2014, you have never played the original Minecraft?!
If you want i can tell you why i prefer Java.
But Bedrock has cool things too!
Survival:
-About redstone, pvp, fps, ect... Java is better, i have a much nicer experience in Java than Bedrock. (even my brother, who has been playing Minecraft since 2013, prefers Java, everytime he plays Bedrock, there's always a problem in his survival)
-Bedrock has cool things such as: armor stands with arms + can change pose/can put colors in cauldrons + dye armors with it/ect...
Creative:
-you can do way more things with commands in Java
-you have more maps than bedrock (unlike bedrock, you don't have to buy them in Java)
-bedrock is a little bit better about constructions, because since bedrock is more "logic", you can do better builds (sometimes) BUT, that is why Java is better about surviving, everyone is saying Minecraft is not logic... Bro it's a sandbox game, too much logic = bad.
Other stuffs:
In Java, you can modify the files, create so much textures, 3D models, mods, modpacks, datapacks and even more!
In Bedrock, it is way easier to play with your friends or other players, and the servers are beautiful with all those animated entities!
*BUT the only reason i play Bedrock sometimes is:*
You can create custom entities (without any mods). You can add anything you want like a dragon (if you're good at making models).
I use BlockBench to create 3D models, so i always wanted to make new entities!
To me, Bedrock is a cheap copy of Java, made so consoles or mobiles don't explose and burn your house. .-.
BUT since Bedrock is being coded with C++, Mojang is more interested in Bedrock...
I swear if they remove Java edition, i will no longer play this game, even if i started playing it since 2015 and still play it nowdays!
That's why the game is dying, Mojang is doing craps! They stop being interested about the original game. (just like geometry dash, they stopped updating the original game since 2017!)
Conclusion:
I play Java for making survivals, creating 3D models of items/blocks, creating maps (like the backrooms, horror, parkour, ect...)
I play Bedrock ONLY for the custom entities and custom servers. But Bedrock looks kinda weird compared to java. (the textures/particles)
Yeah haha, i never had a PC that could run it before. I played it for the first time on my friends xbox 360, then eventuslly borrowed a friends xbox 360 to play it regularly myself. Then i found out about pocket edition lite, so i staarted playing that and just never left
I've been keeping up with the geometry dash community a bit. It's update is due really soon! He says he's pretty much done and we're waiting on the appstores to accept them.
Anyway I really like this comparison! It's very fair and balanced instead of the super biased no bedrock sucks stuff. They both have good and bad sides to them! And same I'd definitely quit if they stop supporting java! I don't think it'll happen because they'll be kicking out a large amount of people even if more do play bedrock. That's not good for the game with the community or for marketing so it would be a very unwise decision.
bro turned to Minecraft to Roblox real quick
minecraft content just isnt in a good place right now and I think i have better chances in Roblox content lol
It’s always been a dream to play bedrock I can’t don’t have a pc😢
You can play bedrock on almost any device…

I think they're both good, as someone who's plays both versions :)
I asked my mom if I could get Minecraft Java because of the amount of customization I liked compared to Bedrock and I didn't really like Bedrock that much then my mom said she was going to buy me Java edition soon or very soon probably, im gonna update you guys if she buys it or not, home me luck!!! im a java player and i only played bedrock once for a music video i made thats on my laptop lol still hadnt post that its old now
Oh, and I played pocket edition back in 2016 and 2020.

Legacy console edition feels more like Java edition to me
i dont play java that much cus my frends play on bedrock
Wait until you play 1.12.2 modded.
I wish i had java :(
you get java free with bedrock if you own bedrock on pc now

in my opinion bedrock is better other than mods there is a lot more on java
@@Somedudenamedmarcus alot more on java? im confused
@@Somedudenamedmarcusjava survival experience is so much better than bedrock the achievement system is much better there are a lot of mob farms you can make there that you cannot make in bedrock, there is also hardcore which is also good , there are more controls on java and much better multiplayer system

0:28 To me it is the opposite.
Java is slow and stuttering. While Bedrock (on a PC) is smooth.
Did you compare Java to a smart device Bedrock?
not entirely sure what this means, but i've played bedrock on pretty much any device it exists on, including newer phones. They all ran the exact way considering its just the way bedrock is scripted so its able to run as smooth as possible on all devices at the same time.
I also have a pretty powerful PC, which is how i made this video, so maybe your computer was struggling to run java, but could run bedrock just fine.
Come back😢
he is temprist in disguise just watch temprist
First time java player with lunar client 😭
had to get good frames for the recording
you cannot convince me this guy isnt an op. no bedrock would notice theissues he mentioned at the begining because were used to it. i did not know there was a difference when i first played so you must have been actively looking for that. but why would you be actively looking for something if your used to it on bedrock.
I WAS looking for differences between the two games, I already knew a lot of features each versions had that the other didnt, but i didn't include those because they weren't my first reactions to noticing those differences. Its always interested me the parody differences between the two, so I've looked into them a lot prior to this video. Java runs so much smoother though, and you can tell that instantly.
@@CadenTheTroller it also takes a lifetime to load up so... There is a trade off
@@Ethan_Cubed bedrock or java? both take at most 30 seconds to open for me
@@CadenTheTrollernah I was wrong here. They both take about the same amount of time to load up. Java just doesn't actually have a window up while it's loading so it feels longer since there's no indication that it's working
I wanna play Java but I have no idea of a price I should pay for a pc
i play java and i would recommend a windows laptop for the starting it costs like 300€
Conclusion, java is the pro, and bedrock is the con
If it’s his first time on Java why is he in lunar client
Haha, good point. It's because when i started recording this video, i was getting fps drops under 60 fps while testing. (Just walking around a world).
So then i was recommended by a friend to use Lunar + Sodium and change some settings in the files.
No worries, though. I understand your confusion there!
The bedrock edition wither is harder that the Java edition wither
I know why you didn't even talk about Redstone.
Bedrock is good in my opinion.
Edit: I still do like bedrock, but I am starting to like java more, and bedrock less.
Its ok but Java is better
What is the server ip
I know iknow I might be crazy but I used to play Pocket editon which is bedrock and I was waiting so much to play java I though I couldn't play cracked and my bestie told me a about cracked mc and then I got TL I'd dint know it was a spyware I'm sorry but then I switched to sk launcher like a 2 months or 1 month ago now I am saving up to buy minecraft😅 and BTw I love java more than bedrock but I also still love bedrock too😅
TL legacy, is the original one
using lunar client on your first time? 0:25
yeah, i was getting drops under 60 fps without it when i was just walking around a vanilla world to test recordings. so some friends who play java helped me set up Lunar.
I stayed away from everything else the game had to offer, I wanted this video to be genuine, even if my excitement killed me lol
@@CadenTheTroller ok
I hate people who, s says java is more better than bedrock
well its true :D
it is true, when it comes to modding
@@DARKAURA999. yes but bedrock has more iconic mods and maps than java
@@Alanboss777 java actually has more iconic mods, like the og aether, create, twilight forest, etc, list one mod that is more iconic than those on bedrock. (You might be right bout the maps tho idk)
@@Alanboss777 No it does not. Java has way more mods and maps that are way more iconic. Java has famous maps like, Herobrines Mansion, The Diversity series, Parkour Spiral, oneblock skyblock, Original and Remastered Skyblock, and even more

i used to play bedrock and since i played java edition for the first time, bedrock kind of sucks
Pvp legacy is really laggy
W bedrock
I'M BEDROCK PLAYER
I play Bedrock edition but should I play Java?
Yes!
As someone who has been playing bedrock for 8 years and java for 1 year i can confirm java is much better than bedrock
Lol, I can't even defend bedrock anymore. Java is just better.
But i don't see a reason to bash on anyone who plays bedrock, which i see a ton these days
@@CadenTheTroller The problem starts when someone who plays Bedrock says that Bedrock is better just because they can dye armor in a cauldron.
@@CadenTheTroller And other aesthetic reasons. When the enchantment table gave light but in java, not.
@@jenser2688 Pretty sure theres hundreds of features Bedrock has that java doesnt, which do give an incentive to playing bedrock, but java is definitely better. Everything is so much smoother. Bedrock isn't bad though
@@CadenTheTroller i think bedrock is better but that is just my oppinion
I dont like lets say cooldown combat on java and other way of making arrows(effect ones) and some other features
I prefer bedrock but im not one of those people who will mock java players for something
Unfortunately a lot of players from both comunities do it and it became like a war
Who do I susbribe?
Minecraft bedrock is still better... And if not, Mojang Studios will fix it
i feel like both versions are "better" in their own categories. Bedrock has better multiplayer and performance, while Java's gameplay is much quicker in responses, and less bugs.
(most of Bedrock's bugs coming from the fact its crossplay)
@@CadenTheTroller Bedrock is actually less buggy than java, and the reason is bedrock being coded with C++, while java is made with... well... Java. Notch sacrificed FPS for easier coding. And bedrock is Microsoft edition basically. Look how fast it's growing. I play java sometimes, but only because MCreator doesn't support bedrock
@@CadenTheTroller I play on laptop, turn on 96 render distance, fly with elytra, and it loads perfectly
java cant do the same with even 32 render dist (without FPS booster)
minecraft java is better
Minecraft bedrock is the definition of lag
Biridging and pvp. bedrock >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Java
pvp chnged in 1.9 so technically pvp is = to java its just ur prefrence that matters, but bridging 100% better on java since it takes no skill
Bedrock is definitely better

Agreed
nah no way
Go To Hell
java is better but i can only play bedrock cuz my pc is trash
bedrock = bad
Java =Bad👎👎🤮🤮🤮
Java=🤡 🤮🤢
cause it's harder
Bedrock = colors water
Bedrock is bad only for smoothness and throwing items like snowball but it has way more details like and is bad for mods too
