Another way is to take a "Daily Moral Inventory'. Or a list that has Lying or Truth, Positive or Negative attitude, and Pride or humility. Mark off each day which consumed most of that day. And slowly overtime you will see your negatives turn to the positives. Great advice Bas, Ossu and Amen!

Bas, thank you so much for the videos. Socrates said, "An unexamined life is not worth living." Your practice of examination of conscience enables one to do this very thing every day. I am going to incorporate this into my daily routine. Also, for the past two weeks straight, I am getting up at 5:30 am. every morning, reading my Bible 30 min., praying, getting 15 min. of other reading in, then working out between 45 min. and an hour before I even start work. This routine has been transformational for me, and I attribute this practice to be inspired by you, my friend. Bas, you're one of a kind! 🙏

I lay in bed each night and reflect on what I got accomplished. And end with what I’m going to work on tomorrow.

Yes ...but honestly when we are observing the false conscience, that inner voice of self-talk, we naturally see corrections all day long. It is the " pray unceasingly " in scripture. Intuition/ conscience doesn't talk to us, that is the false conscience.

Hi mr rutten i am Belgian and training to be a security guard. Just stumbled upon your videos and was wondering how to escape a rear chokehold. I have experienced in muy thay but am afraid i will injure my instructor by muscle memory. How can i avoid this? Had some previous vad experiences with that. Bedankt van een nieuwe abonnee. 👊

Good works don’t get you into heaven, ask the Pharisees. Christ would never have needed to come here and suffer for OUR sins. Good works will follow true faith but they never have nor ever will save one soul! All have sinned and come short of the Glory of God. Put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ and do good works for the Lord and not for yourself, God should get ALL the Glory.
