Full system without db killer sounds best in my opinion . Also I liked the way you showed all the possible configurations of the exhaust , nicely done !

i will give you my opinion. in a month i get my 2020 rebel same colour like yours. i heard the standard exhaust and i love it. i dont find it ugly or quiet. is perfect for me. i had a Vtwin bike few months ago, with LEOVINCE exhaust. at first i liked it. but after so many days riding it at 100 km/h it hurt my ears. way to loud. honestly now i want the rebel with the standard pipe. because i found it sexy and good enough without waking up all my neighbours everytime i get home. anyway in spain almost every single exhaust is ilegal. so , after so many good reasons for keeping the standard exhaust, i am now sure that i will do that. i bought accesories from thailand for about 1.200 euros. when i get my bike i will put everything together and it will be one of the best rebel in europe. take care!

It looks awesome and the bike - which aleady has - gets even more character! And the sound is absolutely fantastic. Enjoy riding it!💪
I like the full system with dB killer, gives the ears a lil break in between, lol, no earplugs needed.
Sounds great, looks the part. I personally think the badge, looks pants. Sorry not being negative .

Why there is a backfire? There should not be a backfire.
Backfire was always there with the stock exhaust. It just didn’t sound so loud.
Stock engines are super lean to pass the norms. The popping you hear is unburned fuel from the gas chamber but instead is combusting when going through the super heated exhaust.
I have a 2019 model and she pops as well. With stock or aftermarket exhaust. In order to fix it you need either flash the card or get a fuel injection system to regulate the engine.
Though on this little 500 cc with 47 hp I wouldn't bother. In case of a full exhaust system and air filter one should consider.

How is the seat pillow thing, I'm planning a long ride of 900 plus miles and looking for a cheep way to up grade the comfort until I can afford a sofa for a seat
I’ve been using it for a year now. It’s not as good as reupholstering (hopefully) but it got me through long journeys just fine.

Does the full black widow exhaust system add more weight or is it lighter than stock, did you happen to weigh them?
Just by holding it in my hand I can tell you it’s much lighter

Boas Bug! Ando seriamente a pensar em comprar uma Rebel 500 e gostaria de saber qual tem sido a tua experiência. O que me tem deixado um pouco renitente na minha decisão é mesmo o barulho do escape original e eventualmente após alguns kms percorridos sentir falta de algo mais em termos de potência...
Isso é mesmo muito subjectivo: o que eu procuro numa mota pode ser o exacto oposto do que tu precisas. Recomendo test-ride acima de tudo, e ter noção da experiência que tens com outras motas para comparar. No meu caso, experimentei a versão anterior quando saiu e fiquei com o desejo desde então. Quando anunciaram este modelo novo, percebi logo que me tinha apaixonado. O escape é um problema em todas as motas modernas. Na Rebel é muito fácil de resolver, como vês.
@@bugzapper1541 Depende do quanto custa resolver... Tenho andado a ver as opções TBR e Vance&Hines, mas são extremamente caros... O que compraste tem um excelente som, mas creio que não será apenas a ponteira tipo slip-on que compraste certo?
Dá uma olhada no site da black Widow, são muito mais baratos. E como disse no vídeo, o slip-on soa mesmo muito bem. Se ouvires com auscultadores vais perceber.

O escape completo é da Black Widow. Foi preciso adaptar uma curva porque não é para o modelo 2020, no Escapes Escorpião

E não vais ter que fazer alterações no ECU para compensar as alterações do escape?
Nope. A ECU “aprende” com alguns Kms. Mas o escape traz o material necessário para eliminar a sonda lambda, para quem quer reprogramar.

From what I see around online, the fit is the same. We don’t have the 300 in Europe

Nope. Different engine = different exhaust

What mods did you have to do
No mods, just installed the full exhaust system and let the ECU recalibrate itself after a few kilometers of riding.
Where did you get your mirrors?
They’re the stock mirrors
