- Hey everybody! Today I install a 90 dollar Amazon exhaust. This is a super easy install that should take you 10 minutes. I like the low end grunt and the raspy high notes at RPM. I also clarify the Vantrue giveaway since some people thought I was giving it away in my last motovlog. We will see you on the next one... Easy

Looks and sounds alot better.
I have the same pipe from Amazon and after two years riding with it the pipe still looks brand new. I do love the sound and better high end performance and top speed ~! I also like that it is out of the way when adjusting the chain tension.
That's awesome! Good to know it still holds up after a while. Mine still looks good and sounds good. I haven't adjusted my chain yet, but I don't doubt the OEM turd would be in the way... Thanks for the info and the comment! Ride safe!
@@icemanfiveoh Actually the stock pipe would not allow me to get a torque wrench on the axle nut but the new pipe for me anyway gave me the needed clearance ~! Kit

I honestly believe the honda rebel is a beautiful bike stock besides the muffler

I put those spring on by hooking one side on then sliding a screwdriver through the other hook. Then just hooked the second side and pulled the screwdriver out. Also allowed me to use both hands to pull it. I got the same pipe a few months back and have quite a few thousand km on it. Definitely worth it.

My Amazon exhaust arrived today and you're right, 5 minutes to install. Except for the springs. I wrestled with for 15 minutes using needle nose pliers like the factory instruction video. That guy either had forearms like Popeye or they used softer springs. I'll give the vice grips a try.
Thanks for the comment! Make sure you get a good bite on that spring. You don’t want the spring slipping out while you are pulling… ask me how I know. Lol. Good luck and I hope you like it as much as I do!
Use a spring hook, I’m a girl and found it so much better, also you may need to re install with high temp copper gasget paste to seal to the manifold etc to prevent exhaust leaks. Had mine on for a year now and just loving the Decel pops 🤘🏻
If I had a spring hook, I would use it...LOL Luckily, This was basically a slip on, so I didn't have to pull the pipe from the manifold. The first thing I noticed after the installation was the decel pops, and I like it! Thanks for the comment and ride safe!!

Looks much better than the stock exhaust. There is a channel on youtube (I Do Cars) and he tears apart engines, both domestic and and Japanese. Seems his most used socket/wrench size is 10MM.

I have the same pipe on my 2022 SE ABS and the pipe looks brand new after two riding seasons on it. It gives great sound and higher top speeds than the stock pipe. I would buy it again. Got mine for 100 bucks under the Lorababber name seller. My best mode was my Amazon Hellfire windshield Also you can not beat the TRex Racing Highway Bar~! Kit

Thanks for the great video. I just ordered one. Are you still liking this exhaust? Please share your experience to this day since installation. Is it much louder than the original (stock) exhaust?

Maybe best to put springs first?
I’ve found it easier to do on the bike. The best thing to do is get the tool to put the springs in.
What brand name is that exhaust. It sounds nice. I put a shorty gp on mine. Shaved a lot of weight from the stock muffler.

What is the reason for those springs? If you have it clamped on tight and hanging with another bolt, it can't move back. Toss those springs
The springs are so that the 2 tubes form a tight seal. They are pretty common on these type of exhausts. You def want to use them. Thanks for the comment!
i just bought an exhaust similar to this but I can feel air come through where the two pipes connect even with the springs. anyone have suggestions on how to fix that?
That's odd. How tight was the one pipe to push into the other? Also, there should be a clamp that tightens around where the 2 pipes meet. Did you install it and tighten it up real good? Trying to get as much info as possible...
Does it have baffles you can remove?
Yes. I’ve left it in and it’s still plenty loud.
Did somebody already had this for the eliminator?

Can we install this on honda Rebel 300 2023?
That’s a good question. I saw an eBay auction where their pipe was for a 300 or 500. It looks just like the one I got on Amazon. And it looks like the exhaust mount is in the same place. You could try it and if it doesn’t fit, return it. But I have a feeling it might work. Here is the eBay link I found. If you try it let us all know if it worked!-

Do anyone know of any baffles that will fit this exhaust?
I personally haven’t seen any, but it’s not that loud. My grom exhaust is louder with a baffle in. Maybe a fellow viewer knows of one. Thanks for the comment!
