They wear mask all the time , and they lie all the time. Once you understand their tricks , they are not that scary. You can't win with them. I met the narc at age 33. He was younger and acted so perfect. I was a widow w/ 2 kids. I had money and a beautiful house. This hollow man nearly destroyed me. He basically was a con man. I ended up having 2 wonderful boys w/ him. He changed jobs so many times that he moved us from house to house, State to State. Including AK & NY. I always had the money and he lived off my $ His $ was always his. Then when I was 55, he said I was old. After 22 years together he decides he wasted his life and should date others. (This is what he told me)WTH? I left. Divorced him. He is living with some other unsuspecting soul. These people are evil. You can not love them out of their problems. HEAL YOURSELF. Just ignore him if he ever gets in touch with you. The best way to punish a narcissist is to ignore the narcissist. If he still contacts you, let him be but remember one thing... 'Don't react and don't respond'. Don't ever feel like you have to respond to his email, message etc. I've learned it the hard way. It will all work out in the end. You don't need him in your life. You deserve someone who treat you well and value your worth. 💞
The thought of leaving is your first step. In your quiet time, visualise Seeing yourself in your own place. Whether it’s own place, just see yourself already there, see it , hear it, smell it, taste it, touch it, feel it and then know that you are already there. You have to see yourself free from the relationship. That will help you to choose yourself and not choose someone else happiness over your own happiness. You come first. One love to you.

Finally left a narcissistic abusive relationship of 10 years and I can say its the best thing I've ever done. I tried to help even after the break up as we have kids together, but that just made it even clearer that I couldn't even be a friend to them if I truly wanted to heal and finally be happy. This may sound strange but after 28 years of marriage to a textbook narcissist I am free. I am so used to feeling exhausted and depleted, I have been running myself ragged. The narcissist I was with would take me to medical appointments whilst I was going through cancer . 2 weeks before my surgery he threw me out onto the street knowing I had nowhere to go and had no family nor friends around me . I’m now writing this to show I got through my major surgery and I’m eternally grateful to still be alive … Your health is your wealth not some toxic manipulator who drains you emotionally mentally and financially Narcissist or not , abuse is abuse … Thank you for downloading this video and all the rest. I agree 100 percent. I have never been hurt as much as I did from my narcissistic ex husband. Hardest healing I’ve ever had to do but so worth it. So true it happened to me. I was with my ex-narc for years off and on ,up and down it was a rollercoaster of a relationship. No matter what I did or how loyal I was it was never enough. Each time I would take him back it got worst. I finally was strong enough to end it for good. It still hurts but I will heal and I have peace. What the narcissist doesn't realize is that whatever you sow you will reap one day. I was good to him and did above and beyond which produce nothing but heartache and disappointment. These demonic people are not worth the investment of your love or time.

I needed to hear this. I was just left for our client (a business I helped him built and he took). I am having such a hard time with this betrayal but I remembered just how toxic he actually was…he thinks he’s “better” now but the reality is, he has no idea just how narcissistic and selfish he is and how he ALWAYS turned things around and caused most of the problems we had. Instead of him working on himself, he’s buying a ring for a girl he met weeks ago, after we’ve been celibate in order to seal the 12 yr relationship in marriage the right way. He slept with her and already moved in…he’s always wanted more money and nice things and instead of him waiting and having faith that we’d get there, he took the fast way. But, even tho it hurts, I have to remember he did me a favor.

Don't ignore the red flags get out make yourself a priority and learn to love yourself again. It was the best gift I could've given myself I am at peace now. Finally left a narcissistic abusive relationship of 10 years and I can say its the best thing I've ever done. I tried to help even after the break up as we have kids together, but that just made it even clearer that I couldn't even be a friend to them if I truly wanted to heal and finally be happy. They will only use you and pretend to change but nothings changed they just don't want to lose their safe place. I'm free and i won't go back. I thank God I was able to break free. ❤🙏🏾

100 true I have been with 1 for 25 years. Trying to break out and hes making it difficult as possible. Even though he is the one who gets a 25 year old pregnant. And hes 45 starting a new family. And his way of manipulating telling us both that each other is crazy, so we'd never come in contact with each other also.
This may sound strange but after 28 years of marriage to a textbook narcissist I am free. I am so used to feeling exhausted and depleted, I have been running myself ragged. I agree 100 percent. I have never been hurt as much as I did from my narcissistic ex husband. Hardest healing I’ve ever had to do but so worth it. So true it happened to me. I was with my ex-narc for years off and on ,up and down it was a rollercoaster of a relationship. No matter what I did or how loyal I was it was never enough. Each time I would take him back it got worst. I finally was strong enough to end it for good. It still hurts but I will heal and I have peace. What the narcissist doesn't realize is that whatever you sow you will reap one day. I was good to him and did above and beyond which produce nothing but heartache and disappointment. These demonic people are not worth the investment of your love or time.

I needed to hear this. I was just left for our client (a business I helped him built and he took). I am having such a hard time with this betrayal but I remembered just how toxic he actually was…he thinks he’s “better” now but the reality is, he has no idea just how narcissistic and selfish he is and how he ALWAYS turned things around and caused most of the problems we had. Instead of him working on himself, he’s buying a ring for a girl he met weeks ago, after we’ve been celibate in order to seal the 12 yr relationship in marriage the right way. He slept with her and already moved in…he’s always wanted more money and nice things and instead of him waiting and having faith that we’d get there, he took the fast way. But, even tho it hurts, I have to remember he did me a favor.

Is she in her own mind wanting me back yes and No I'm keeping it moving. I dont see no change and even if I did I'm not going back. That was the worse of my life. 29 years invested he tried to destroy me emotionally and when that didn't work he came after me financially. Don't ignore the red flags get out make yourself a priority and learn to love yourself again. It was the best gift I could've given myself I am at peace now.
