While disassembling my dash I used a small flathead to pry off the wiring harness for one of those power outlets. I saw a spark and when I later put everything back together,I saw I had no clock and the radio and power outlets were dead. Knew right away it was a fuse but i lost the door cover for the fuse box inside my cab a long time ago. This video helped me bc it literally was the same 15amp fuse that popped on mine. Thanks🤙🏼
Thanks for this! Checked both fuses. (the one under the hood looked burnt on the prongs, but both looked fine inside). Tried replacing them both but still no radio. Guess that relay is the next thing I need to check.
This is exactly what happened to us. Radio stopped working about 4 months ago. Just found this video and replaced both fuses. Still no radio. I'm going to check that relay he talked about next. Hopefully don't have to pull the whole radio. 😟😟

Most older radios have a fuse behind them as well you can try piping it out and checking it as well
What did you find? Sounds like some of these radios have failed. I am in the same boat.

andrew martin swap the relay fuse use one of the other relay fuses you have now just remember where it go’s

Could be a older model my after market radio comes with a fuse hope this helps
