Wow it's great to hear someone who has kept their strong Irish accent on an American talk show. I remember her back in the Ned Kelly movie with Heath Ledger.

What a talented charismatic woman. I’ve been such a huge fan since Rome on HBO.
She seems so natural. Some irish people dont believe her accent or think shes putting it on, but it seems like shes just herself. Its unusual to hear this accent because most people hide it even in Ireland on tv but ye youd hear it all over the midlands

As an Irish person we often roll our eyes at exaggerated Irish accents in movies, particularly by certain American actors, but then I hear Kerry and I realise we are being entirely unfair! Go get em kid😉 💚🇮🇪

truly have so much respect and admiration for this woman and also Jessie Buckley in terms of their personalities in Hollywood. Its a testament to the work she does in Inisheren that she got nominated during quite a competitive year.
I just love her accent, and she seems like such a down-to-earth person.
When you see some actors that intentionally lose their natural accents, Catherine Zeta Jones comes to mind, it’s just great to hear this Irish lady being her natural self.

Hearing her speak here makes me astounded by her English and American accents in her various films. Amazing accent mimicry.
I love how Kerry Condon's character cuts through everything in Banshee. She nailed the integrity and subtle comedy of the character. I think her performances was even better than the 3 lads. Can't remember who else is nominated in sup. actress, but would love it if she wins. Also, quiet girl for best foreign film. Gut wrenching film. I reckon the wean in that deserved a nom., but would've been difficult for a lead that young.
