Wow, frankly I’m impressed by your cheerful and positive attitude despite not having your luggage. I remember my trip to Australia some years ago when my luggage was left back in Frankfurt and I was touring Australia for a month. My heart sunk when I didn’t see my luggage and I almost cry. I got it 30 hrs later and thanks god I was still in Sydney. Love your positive vibes.
I snorkelled Silfra in May this year and it was possibly one of the most awesome things I ever done - it definitely meets your expectations and unlike somethings, looks EXACTLY like the pictures on google! Hot chocolate afterwards is epic! ha ha
Yes, make sure to wear your cold weather parka and other jackets layered under it during your flight. It saves so much space and weight for your suitcase.
This is our absolute favorite country!!! It is amazing, next time we'll stop by the blue lagoon. We went to the less touristic hot bath in Myvatn and saw northern lights! It was epic!!! Great vlog again guys keep it up!
If we had a tiny bit more time in the city we would've gone and done that but we thought everyone would want to see blue lagoon first and then if we have time go to the other one! How was it?
Iceland seems a dreamy land. Nature beuty and fury rests here. Land of valcanos ,mountains, hot and cold water . Fantastic.both of you given us a good time to watch a far and distant country . May God bless both . Take care
I love how you guys really take the punches of the reality of traveling with a smile, that is my #1 tip for anyone who visits Iceland. You guys are a pleasure to watch.
Iceland is so expensive! But so beautiful and unique, it’s worth it. I’m going a year November....can’t wait! It’s great seeing what you guys are doing so I can pick up tips 😁
Ive been to Iceland recently and to Blue Lagoon. Expensive, but boy wasn't it worth it. by far, my favourite holiday destination in the world. Everybody is super friendly, the place is like in a whole new world, no stress etc. The only problem I find are the airlines, but amazing experience!
Oh so glad he insurance came through but the prices there oh boy but at least you are warm. Love the blue pool so much fun so at least it's not spoiling your trip stay safe and enjoy yourselves
My wife and I also stayed at the Swan House during our minimoon in Iceland last February, and we loved it! Didn't visit the Blue Lagoon as we were short of time and felt that it was overpriced (around 70 Euros per person last year!), but enjoyed the geothermal heated pools in Laugardalslaug (the main public swimming pool in Reykjavik) for a fraction of the price instead 😊 Also very glad you two had decent travel insurance so you could buy the clothes you need - a good example of why it is always important to buy travel insurance!
Wow. I love this video. Thanks for sharing. That blue lagoon looks really amazing. In the water, what are you walking on or stepping on? That is great your travel insurance gave you that much each to spend. Wow.
Just sumbled on your channel. I think it's great how you handelt the loss of you luggage in a positive way. Looking forward to seeing more of Iceland as I am going there next year.
LOL I live in Phoenix, so, by default I always travel with the clothes for my destination. I try to travel to cooler places and I have tight suitcase, so to avoid the weight alone I carry my jacket and sweater onto the plane.
You guys are the cutest couple ever and I’m so inspired by your channels. You 2 seem like the friendliest couple ever and I wish we could be friends lol
So glad to hear your insurance saved the day! Keep the videos coming, I'm so excited to see the rest! Well done both at managing through this stressful situation even going for an activity!! You guys are so awesome and inspiring to travel and love life!
Yes so glad we managed to get some stuff for the week! I mean it wasn't a crazy amount because of the costs of things here but it was just what we needed!
My first tour in Iceland was during the mid 80s and Blue Lagoon was merely the lagoon and a block shower house. Clothing was optional and it was the best kept secret. Tourism was not a focus for the economy then. My return tour ten years later was a bit of a rude awakening. Folks found my secret hideaway!!
I would love to go to Iceland to see the Northern Lights but I think it's too early to go right now. The golden circle would seem like a lot of fun.Much loveee.
I love your positive attitude i am so happy you are determined tlo have great time anyway! Also just one more tip. I always have an extra pair of briefs, socks,Shirt. And skirt that i roll up military style and put in a zip lock bag and then a regular plastic bag at the bottom of my knapsack.. It not only is good for lost luggage sitches but also for flash rains...floods.. For wet days the plastic bag holds said wet or dirty clothes. Unfortunately due to crazies you cant bring tooth paste but i put in a new toothbrush just in case too. Keep on vlogging
Been here just last month and we tried the lobster soup at the Seabaron upon seeing your video. The lobster soup and the salmon skewer was great. Thanks for sharing :) !
Oh wow guys! Lol what an adventure! Soooo very happy that you guys had travel insurance and they came through for you to get some new clothes! :) Those hold times are soo very frustrating! Just crazy... Love the snorkeling and love the blue lagoon!!!! THAT is definitely on our bucket list! We want to do it soooo badly! Very awesome guys! Can't wait to see more :) Espcially the food tour coming up! Hehe
Nice video! Just heads up for anyone travelling to Iceland, please do not buy bottled water. It is the same water that comes out of the faucet. Iceland has one of the cleanest and best water, for free! :)
I will be snorkeling Silfra in November (I'm a bit anxious about the cold). My airline lost my luggage in Sweden for 4 days, I understand your hassle but at least Sweden is a bit less expensive than Iceland! Great video!
Blue Lagoon ... so worth it. We were here a few years ago. I was a bit put off by the "tourist trap" comments I'd read beforehand and nearly didn't go, but SO glad we did. I spent 6 hours in that water, just loved it. We met a really cool British couple - hi Karen and Chris if you see this - and had an absolutely fantastic day. It was February, cold, and that warm water was so amazing. 💙
I'm impressed with how you embrace the challenges you have & just get on with it. Way to go, you two. Congrats on exceeding 100 000 subscribers but you're almost at 150 K already.
Ohhhhhh almost missed it!!!!!!!!! I am sooooooo going to Iceland SOON! It is right on top of my list along with NZ and Japan.... Decisions, decisions...
I was gonna try to still do Silfra, even though I don’t meet the 100lbs requirement, however, watching you fail to dive bc the heavy equipment made me realize that maybe that rule is for a reason 😄
Great tips love this video and the one with food to try. I totally feel your lost luggage pain, we traveled from London winter to Cuba and our luggage was lost...I looked like an idiot walking around in a Che Guevara T-Shirt cause clothes shopping in Cuba is hard!
wow, had no idea Iceland was so expensive! Had a similar thing in London where the 'I love London' merch was the cheapest option for thongs. Nice to get the souvenirs though.....
Just a heads up but if you're in London again... And have a similar situation look for a Primark... Cheapest clothes aside from charity shops... Can get jeans for like £10 , coats for £30 (don't expect the quality to be exceptional tho)
ahaha! I was jumping at the start of the vlog wanting to ask if your baggage arrived and if not did you take advantage of the insurance!? Yes! You totally delivered. Aces!! Jess that yellow slicker is too cute! #winwin
First Iceland vlog of any description I've watched. Beautiful footage. Thinking of doing a marathon there. Glad you got some clothes, leave the tag on. ;)

Omg you make choosing between silfra and Blue Lagoon so hard! I am going to see if my cruise ship cares if i skip the next port and stay the night!
I snorkelled Silfra in May this year and it was possibly one of the most awesome things I ever done - it definitely meets your expectations and unlike somethings, looks EXACTLY like the pictures on google! Hot chocolate afterwards is epic! ha ha
That's so true! Pictures and videos do live up to the expectation of snorkeling there! One of the coolest things to do!
I don't know swimming but i can paddle.. Will they allow me😐
Yes, make sure to wear your cold weather parka and other jackets layered under it during your flight. It saves so much space and weight for your suitcase.
The way you two look at each other makes my heart melt. I love this video so much
😍😍😍

Blue Lagoon is very nice, but if you are looking to get away from the crowds there is an alternative in the north in Myvatn ;)
I just love both of your positive attitude even when things go wrong! Jess, you rocked the IT jacket 😂 Iceland seems very beautiful!!! 😊
I live in Iceland and yeah it's very beautiful if you explore it well but it's very very veryyy cold. Merry Christmas :)

I showed my Year 8 Geography class this vlog and they loved it! They asked me to show them more :)
Wow... You are amazing. My geography teacher never showed such things to me.

I'm going on this snorkeling excursion when I go in September and this video made me THAT MUCH MORE EXCITED. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
Glad to see you folks using proper water gear.
Iceland has quite the rainy weather so needed to get some good jackets
LOL I live in Phoenix, so, by default I always travel with the clothes for my destination. I try to travel to cooler places and I have tight suitcase, so to avoid the weight alone I carry my jacket and sweater onto the plane.
That little boy from the clip from "It" was here with us in Nova Scotia to do a movie! Small world!
The insurance haul! 😂 I actually like the yellow jacket though!! The beanies did make me laugh...
Hahaha!! Don't worry we still have the beanies and the jacket 😂
Wow Iceland is super expensive 😲😲😲 still on our bucketlist!!!
You two have fast become my favourite youtubers!! ❤️
Aww that's so nice of you Jessica thanks so much!!

Im at home also ım at iceland thanks to you . You are amazing guys with love
So excited for the next video! Would you say it's the most expensive place you've been? (Probably apart from Switzerland)
Hmm I think Iceland, Switzerland then Israel are the most expensive countries we have been to
Iceland is definitely on our bucket list! I’m glad you guys had insurance. I love all of yalls videos, can’t wait to see more. 😋
Wooww looks amazing Iceland, beautiful place,I love your video,i'm from Surabaya Indonesia😊👍
wow, had no idea Iceland was so expensive! Had a similar thing in London where the 'I love London' merch was the cheapest option for thongs. Nice to get the souvenirs though.....
Haha do you still have that London merch for the memories?
Yep, still have them! Will probably hang onto them until they break or are no longer needed.
Just a heads up but if you're in London again... And have a similar situation
look for a Primark... Cheapest clothes aside from charity shops... Can get jeans for like £10 , coats for £30 (don't expect the quality to be exceptional tho)

YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING.. I LOVE UR VIDEOS
For anyone who needs emergency clothes in Iceland, these are the cheapest options;
Charity shops, we got a lopi peysa for £40 equivalent.
F&F in a Hagkaup grocery store.
Soft shell jackets and winter coats at Faxafen Outlet stores are really cheap.
And if you are here when the Útsala (sales) are on, you can get some really good bargains
Kringlun is quite expensive as is inner Reykjavik.
Btw I have immigrated to Iceland but due to some problems we haven't gone anywhere. Looking at your vlog I want to get well, so I can see these places with my own eyes.
I used to go camping every year so I'd like to do that too. Bit worried about the wind because I know it can get very windy here.
Wow! Awesome video guys! This is so cool because my wife and I are going to Iceland next week actually. I'm so excited to go and see everything there. Looking forward to more of your Iceland videos!
If possible try to get out of the south of the country. The north has very few tourists and is equally if not more beautiful.
We are actually planning to drive the whole ring road, so we will try to see as much of the north as possible. Thanks for the tip!
We do stick mostly to the south on this trip but next time would love to go to the north!
That would be such an incredible trip

I went to Iceland too, it’s so good
#1 on our list to do! Any suggestions to keep warm? Should we bring our own 5mm gloves?
Just subbed to your channel, I’m off to Iceland Wednesday and you’ve painted such an amazing picture of it! I’m so excited to go!! I’m going to be bingeing all your vlogs now!! X
Loved the videovlog 🥰you guys are awesome, can't wait to see Iceland 😍
Hello! Loved your video. We plan on being in Iceland in 10 days and badly want to snorkel on Silfra. We know basic swimming but are not super comfortable swimming in the deep. It sounds like the drysuit helps you float in the water? If that is the case we can easily do it since we are comfortable being in water overall. In your experience, would you say the suit helps you float?
When I was watching this there was an ad and they were doing the same thing as you at the same place
Same thing happened to me when going to Iceland. My luggage missed the flight because a passenger was acting up on my first connection causing a delay. The baggage claim gave me a bag with a t-shirt and some other stuff in it (toothpaste, etc.). Fortunately I had my heavy jacket on me. The luggage arrived at my hotel two days later.
Nice vlog 👌 which sunscreen u guys use please
Ha ha laughed at Steve trying to dive or doing a boey impersonation! 👍😁😂
Haha HEY! It was super hard!!
Oh goshhh, I'm soooo addicted to your travel vlogs... You guys are awesome. :)

Hey guys, I really really like your travel videos, they are so entertaining to watch.:)👍
I'm still worried about where your luggage is though. either way - awesome video! :)
Would love to go to Iceland. So sorry about your luggage! Hope you get it back soon!
Love your videos, so glad I found your channel
Omg was that the mermaid bath song from Harry Potter Goblet of Fire???
