    We need a mixed healthcare system like Europe and Australia. Unfortunately people have such an emotional attachment to the NHS that they won't even entertain a discussion.

    Almost exclusively State funded medical care industry is a sign of a very sick and uncivilised country. Functioning voluntary provision of medical care through markets and charity is a sign of a civilised, compassionate society.

    I just want to say quickly, I will never, ever buy the Guardian after it’s treatment of Jeremy Corbyn. Is this another example of trying to manipulate our perceptions of a highly regard organisation (l mean the NHS) not the guardian. Goodbye.
