Step 1 for cleaning. Equip trash can and go wild. Literally all wood planks I have found can be put in trash can. Step 2. Stack larger trash items and when looking at any dumpster, a "dump" prompt is displayed and you do not have to wait for the collection timer.

I don't know if I'm missing something but how is everyone jumping into the delivery truck? Is there a separate button for that? I had to use the step ladder from the warehouse

Yes, you use the sell gun in the TAB menu. Just make sure the object you want to sell us unlocked and shoot the gun at it. It looks like a product scanner gun thingy-do-bob.

Don't watch this guy, he's making a guide where he doesn't even know where the ceiling lamp was. Such a failure. Stop doing guide videos if you don't know. Just post a gameplay instead. Otherwise, this video doesn't help. I played the game for 4 hours before thinking of watching a guide I first watched this and it is pointless xD I already have room 3 with the most expensive equipment available and this game doesn't really need a beginner's guide.
Then can you tell me how to unlock pricing, because my friend had it unlocked from the beginning, and mine wont unlock so im getting nothing for room stays because i can't set the prices.
@@NoTopic69 in your PC at management. Things are unlocked as you progress ir gain morr positive atings. At first buy everything that are missing in your room, all 3 rooms dont focus in 1 room. Then room 4 and 5 should be double bed. The rest is up to you so that you can learn and strategize your own gameplay.
