I just started playing the game and if i remember right, things left outside naturally degrade over time. Although i don't think furniture and decorations are effected by this degradation but i think you just proved that food items are. Who knows maybe sheets, blankets, and towels will become dirty as well if left outside long enough.

Yeap, in the training it says that if you leave products outside for to long it will get "Damaged" which I guess means it will disappear.

With the air conditioning it looks like the inside unit and outside unit need to be lined up through the wall. That seems to be what you have done with the ones that are working

since you have a cashier at the store don't you need to collect that money too, just like at the gas pump. There is a money counter on the front of the checkout lane by the door.
