Enjoyed the video. Grass is coming up good style. I unfortunately had pneumonia in the lambs and interesting to hear folk experiencing it elsewhere. Had injected ewes after scanning but vet said effectinvented would be reduced in lambs now. I usually inject withi covering at about 5 weeks but was busy at my work and was late. I decided to give upstaged p this year. Only picked i issue up day I was going to treat. Here we say when we've cool and foggy evenings then warm days lambs will come down with pneumonia. No losses since. I had never seen it before.intrigued what the new additions will be.
Another fantastic video Guys 👍 You should get your Da to write a book on his life and escapades 🙏 The wee goats are adorable 🥰 Aww the best with your colum writing 🍀 Have a wonderful weekend Guys ❤
Great video Glynn, it's nice to see all the animals out grazing in the nice weather, talking about weather, the first time I ever traveled the ring of Kerry was in January 1978 I was on my honeymoon. The weather was wild, but I was young, and I suppose in love all I remember is the weather was not on my mind. The next time I was on the ring of Kerry was July 2017 I was ould, and all that was on my mind was would I ever survive the traffic, and the big buses. Anyway its 4 in the morning here in West Australia, time to go back to bed. Keep up the good work.
was a ten pound pop it never worked out for us and we came home my parents had a hugh bill of 2 grand in doing so within the 2year at that time you could buy a house in scotland for a grand , we survied by the grace of GOD
The name of the statue is THE PIKE MAN , I REMEMBER I was 10 in town with my parents watching your friend RIP . my dad the next day was telling our neighbor it was some laugh he got more cheers than any feckin rose
Good luck with the writing, love your dad, I bet behind the scene there is a bit of a character hiding in you, if only we could get your dad to spill the beans on you😂😂
Gallagher fencers are the best IME. My guess is, next we'll see your Dad with Billy on board the Quad. Great to be asked to write a column, I'd recommend you and your Dad start now on the first one, to give time to tweak it over the next week or so.
Heptavac P to all lambs. Two shots a month apart. We do them as soon as the last lamb is a week or 2 old. We do the adult sheep with Hep P once a year. Usually 3 wks out or so from due lambing date
Nice to see the cows out Glyn, lending colour and new sound ,no doubt, to the landscape. It was common for farmers to run a goat with the cows. The goat would eat what the cow wouldn't and shouldn't. So now we have the inside track on that infamous night at the Rose festival....he's a gas man that father of yours!!
Congratulations on the new job with the Farming Independent It will be great to get the thoughts of an ordinary sheep farmer with similar problems like ourselves
Great video Glen , I normally Hep P the ewes 4 weeks before they lamb then do the lambs at 4 weeks , I don’t give them the second dose , Hep p is also gone very expensive, over €80 a bottle now , was only around €64 last year
Stunning footage background check views and absolutely spectacular gorgeous and beautiful shooting filming footage camera work .. as always beautiful sharing adventure documentary countryside content video and appreciated most of your beautiful sharing documentary updated adventure .. million thanks again from Montreal QC Canada
Ha, glad your country still has a newspaper! My country/state of Florida has all Indian names! Like Ocklawaha. Means muddy water. Maybe say what some of the lengthy names of your country meanings are! B
Savage video lad. As it’s your first time making silage in a while said I would say not a bad time to stitch the field immediately after. Really makes a job of it cheaply and efficiently.
Great video lads. I knew it was going to be a good story when it started with "the first time I was in trouble with the guards". I remember the fishing rights problem in the seventies. It was scandalous how local people were denied access to fishing spots that they had fished for generations. Best of luck with the column in the Independent.
Well done Glyn on the column gig that’s fantastic that u will be able to highlight to folk the importance of farming 😊
Appreciate the comment and glad you liked the video👍

The cows are absolutely as cute as the sheep, but NOTHING beats the goat following you like a puppy!
You might need that boat 🚤 for lambing if we get more rain like this year 😂
🤣🤣
