You are now my favorite youtuder, your raw detection and passion are well and truly things to be admired. I believe what some people need to realize is that xenoblade 2 set out to be a light-hearted escapsive experience first and foremost. That is obviously no excuse for sexualtion, but people gaining the ability to properly acknowledge the flaws and virtues of both xenoblade 2 and 3 is truly a beautiful thing. Monolithsoftware is an amazing game company, and you made realize both tiles are precious. I disagree with you on the the theming of xenoblade 2 though, I believe the story was about the value of hope and respect but it's all good.
I'm sick of that sexualization discourse in the incredible Xeno 2. There is absolutely nothing wrong with sexual humour along with fanservice and that instalment still being highest selling entry in series to this day proves the fact it's been a small loud minority complaining about. Also, Pyra/Myrhra and Nia have become basically the widely beloved faces of the series much like Shulk with classic original :-)
@@SamM_Scot I did not mean to negative, I love what xeno 2 sought to do, proving that stories do not always need to negative to be good. I love Myrhra and Nia as characters. I love Zennobia as a character as well. The sexualization works well for Perum's blade quest because it severes the narrative of that quest. The catalysis blade design is very cute and works well with her character. Zennobia's design manages to have an aura of power and boldness, and I really like that. I am not entirely against sexuality in games/stories, I just feel it creates lud narrative dissauness a lot of the time. For example, Sheba, we are supposed to help her oppose female abuse.
@@colassalgames2092 Yeah I do understand certain circumstances when to do it and when not, which would be in really poor taste. I personally have no issues whatsoever with fanservice and/or that kinda humour in media and treat like any other part and as long as it passes ratings boards :-)
Not waiting for Switch 2, and wasn't waiting for Switch when it was referred to as "NX" either. Waiting for more third parties to wake up, get off their asses, stop trying to do AI/NFT-grifts off the stupid playstation audiences, and make a worthwhile game for the CURRENT Nintendo system, market it properly, and make crazy money on it like Monolith Soft and Platinum Games have done.
