It sure is! It's been my dream ever since I was about 6 years old to become a police officer after being able to tour a patrol car at my elementary school, this and the way I've grown up around cops has definitely helped me to want to pursue this dream, and there is so much darkness in the world regarding police work, I have people all the time tell me how much they admire me for wanting to be a cop in today's society and how they would never be able to do it. The light needs to be shining through these hypothetical dark clouds :)
And in the same sense I've lost many friends, and relationships because of this career choice, but to me It was a calling from God, so I know I have to do this!!

What are you talking about? It's physically impossible to convert an AR15 into a 308 full auto. The .308 is too long to fit in the AR15. It is a 40x46mm M203 DAX for CR/CS Gas Grenades and 40mm Impact Batons. All LE Tactical Teams, can however also purchase HEDP Grenades through their State's Military Department(National Guard/State Defense Force) or rarely the Federal 1033-Program. All LEA's hold NFA-exemption status to allow for the purchase of the equipment that is needed, either that be for their Tactical Unit(s) or for their combined Patrol and Tactical Unit(s), as is the case with the Agency, that I work for(a State Bureau of Investigation). I am not sure where we would ever have to use them, but we keep ~500 40x46mm/40x53mm HEDPs, in our armory at any one time for our launchers(H&K HK69 and the newer H&K GLM[ie M320] replacing them). As our HEDPs expire we will go train with our State's Army National Guard MP Units and replace the expired/expiring stock purchased from the State's Military Department. We give our backup stock a 72 Month self-life; Training Grenades are used and replaced as needed; operationally deployed HEDPs(secured in our PV's) are given a 2.5 month self-life to ensure that they will work, as intended; if we ever need them. They only given to those of us that are on the State's ESOR Team(authorized Paramilitary Team) for obvious reasons. Our HP Troopers and SBI Field Agents/Field Special Agents have no use for HEDP's, and we have maybe, a 1;50,000,000-1;100,000,000 chance of, ever needing to actually deploy a HEDP.
