Keep that attitude, u will need it, its rough but rewarding, yes u will have to enforce stupid laws at times but the bigger picture proves to be worth it, good luck to you and be safe my friend.

Good luck to you. Right now it feels like everyone hates us. You’re just about at the age where you can become an officer. It is fun at times, but the media is making it harder each day to do our job. Just make sure you know the law and policies very well so in the end you can go home safely.

I'm not saying that there are not bad cops. There are, and they deserve to be charged for their crimes. So, we thank every first responder out there for what they sacrifice and do in their everyday lives.

As a LEO myself for those going in to this career. Treat all people the way you want to be treated. We are no different because of what we do. We have chosen different paths but we are still humans. You will see evil in it's worst form. You will see horrible things and speak to people who can do the unspeakable. You will hold the dead and comfort their loved ones. You are the voice for the weak and oppressed who cannot stand up. You are the jack of all trades. Being a therapist, a teacher, a cop, a guardian, a role model and many more. Stand by the U.S. Constitution as it is your guide. Stay vigilant and watch your six because there many who want do you harm because of the path you have chosen to walk. This is a bit off subject but I’m from Indiana now rather I get shit for this or not don’t care TRYING to make a POINT !! We’ve had a LAW for Years for Cellphones you CAN’T Text an Drive witch I of course thinks that is great I will Admit I’ve done years back an found it’s just so damn dangerous didn’t wreck but scared me 😂 so I talk on my phone and drive I have no problems at all I drive with people in my car they said haven’t had any problems driving... Well in our State someone must’ve BITCHED enough to the people that pass these damn LAWS because NOW as of JULY 1st 2020 you CAN’T even have you’re Cellphone in you’re hand while Driving!!! I posted on 1 of the Cops Facebook pages I said why don’t you attack 1 thing at a time like the damn DRUNKS you guys can’t seem to get off the damn roads !? An get this sounds like the Police can STILL use their Cellphones 🤣 🤣 I believe the Cops or whoever don’t want to take the damn time to search those peoples shit when they wreck to see if they were using their phone at the time of the wreck before like TEXTING !! Cause I live in an area where lots of folks don’t have lots an lots of money to go out an but a newer car with the fancy No touch Phone calls !! Police & State are gonna cause more wrecks because people trying to get there damn Bluetooth to work !!

Even though my parents aren’t actual officers, but rather in communications, I still see the good and bad sides of officers, and the bad sides of them are usually justifiable due to what the subject does that warrants the reaction they get, I won’t say there aren’t bad officers out there, but there are more good ones than bad and that’s what I prefer to focus on. I love your work bud, I can only make the request for you to keep the good work up and keep trying to show the world the good side of officers and emergency services, that they’re not all bad and what the news makes them out to be like the majority of the people out where I live seem to think. There’s not much more I can say except you show more of the good officers do through videos than the news will probably ever show in my or anybody’s lifetime as they prefer to focus on the negative things they do and you’re showing the positive things they do. My daddy’s a retired police officer with multiple myeloma cancer and I pray for all heroes out there and one day I’m gonna make my dad proud if I ever lose him to the battle of cancer ima make him proud and be just like him and his strength in me and be a hero just like him and believe in myself and never stop fighting to save others from harm and danger and I’m going to have his strength and brave heart in me forever for I am his caregiver and he chose me for I was adopted by him
Those poor officers I pray for them every night and don’t get why people disrespect them, they protect us. They put their lives on the line so we can sleep knowing we are safe.

I watched this in 2020 and this shows the real cops. Police are just like you and me! The police are humans and they're just doing there job. In 2020 police are treated like highway trash, they get throw out a 70 mph car window and cars run them over. The police are humans just like you and me. I know that some people that read this will say that I am wrong and that is your opinion and this is mine. But the next time that you see a cop, the clothing that they're warring is just a uniform. When they are not in that uniform then they're just like you and me living there life on this planet, so the next time that you see a cop then tell them how awesome they're for doing one of the hardest jobs on Earth!
So let's show our appreciation for the police forces of the world from the poorest countries to the richest, homeless to the millionaires. WE ARE ALL HUMANS!

I feel like just because there is bad cops people think all cops are bad, in fact they protect our lives and they probably don’t have very good mental health rn because of the protests. These cops need all the luck they can get . I dream on becoming a cop when I’m older I’m only 12 at the moment but I have deep respect for these cops.
