At 2:21 that's me stopping all traffic. One of the worst wrecks I've ever worked. 2 fatalities on scene, 1 fatal juvenile enroute to hospital, 2 more trauma alerts. 1 passed days later and the other was paralyzed from neck down.

They were used on the older FHP vehicles now they moved onto blue and white with ambers for their traffic advisory lights.
