- All aboard! Come along for Steam Trains Galore Part 4! We will visit a variety of different steam railroads in various parts of the United States. Part four features railroads in Tennessee, South Dakota, Colorado, and Utah. As with the other videos in the series, a wide variety of steam trains are included in in all sorts of different settings. In a similar style the other Steam Trains Galore videos, part 4 features no distracting captions and no narration, only the sounds of the trains and nature. At the end of the video, a full list of the railroads where this video was filmed is included.

Thank you so much for all your steam train videos. We watch them daily with my two year old. As I type this he is watching and walking around the living room making very loud train sounds and moving his little arms like pistons. I will forever hold an affinity for steam trains because of my locomotive loving boy and hope to take my family to some of these gorgeous scenic railroads one day! Thanks again for all the time and effort that went into these videos!

I’ve always loved trains growing up in South Carolina a southern railroad line ran through our town and we lived close to the tracks. Well I live in the Midwest now and I have an 18 month old who loves trains to. We watch your videos and he sits and waves bye by to them as they go by. Thanks for making this.

What i love about steam trains is that they just look like they belong in the landscape. They look so wild, dirty almost, but in a good way, unlike today's diesels and electrics that just seem so man made and artificial (yes i know that they are). Steam locomotives always will have a place in the world, even if that place is just to tell the story of how their brothers and sisters built the world as it is today.

For us who can't afford to travel-you have given us such a joyous adventure. So well done!!!! I grew up 1 house from a railroad track...never got sick of it. It was always exciting when one came by. Again-the view set ups that were done were so so great!

If you ever heard up north, definitely stop by the mount rainier railroad and logging museum as well as the Chehalis Centralia Railroad and Museum. Both great for us foamers

My 2 year old son is a train nut and he loves your videos of trains. We watch one train and then stop the video and watch the next train at another time. Love how you separate each train so that I know when to stop them. Great videos!

+CoasterFan2105 Yeah I have taken the D&S and Georgetown loop also the three rivers rambler! On the D&S 486 broke down I got a double header with 478 and 486! I love steam engines and want to ride more!

Yes, but the engineer is "whistle happy," toot-toot-toodling long before grade crossings instead of using the standard long-long-short-short or the more usual long-long-short-long. I doubt his fireman appreciates him blasting his hard-earned steam to the winds like that! I remember when I was a kid, the sound of a distant whistle, particularly at dusk, was a very lonely sound.
i thought i recognized the 110. Rode that when we went to see mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse. It was neat.

Thank you so much for your videos! My daughter is 22 months and is really interested in trains. She wakes up most mornings asking to watch choo choos! We live near the tracks so when she hears a train she stops, listens, and points it out. When we drive across tracks she yells choo choo! Ha! Your videos are great. She prefers them to cartoons like Thomas and it's something we can all watch as a family and enjoy. Thank you! Great work!
