This is actually a video we filmed a while ago that we never uploaded! (Our apartment used to look so nice, what happened lol) Nagi used to run away from absolutely everything, and he still prefers napping in tiny, isolated spots. Jun said today that he's the lone cat of our cats, but he's definitely happy being that way! And he's developed a lot of confidence over the years. We're so proud of him!

Hey guys!! We're still here--SUPER BUSY with our house nearing completion! (Completion isn't exactly accurate--we have a lot to DIY ourselves, and the kitchen and exterior will be done by other companies afterward.) We have an older video today that we never uploaded, but fear not because we have two newly filmed videos still coming this month!
Here's the link for our limited holiday merch + the new shirt choices for our previous design! All of these will be gone Dec. 31st, and we'll have a new cats design with Pichi coming! There's a sale on our current cats design until Nov 29th! If you're still waiting for Halloween merch, everything has shipped as of last Friday so it should be on the way! Would you guys mind doing a video on where you got Haku and Nagi? Haku has sort of always been there but nit sure if there was ever a story with him, lol. And I could've SWORN Poki arrived after Nagi but it seems that's incorrect! Nagi kind of just popped up out of the blue, lol! I know the story behind Poki and the amazing rescue of him on the highway 🥰. And of course, Pichi is the newest and her journey has been amazing to watch.
I spoke with Crowdmade about it and they said everything has shipped as of last Friday, so the info should update soon! They're also sending out an update tomorrow as well. Sorry about the super long wait with this one! Everything is slow because of the pandemic, and then extra slow because of the glow-in-the-dark option. The glow-in-the-dark part alone added about three extra weeks of processing time, which is why we weren't able to finish in time to have the shirts arrive by Halloween. (But we really wanted the glow-in-the-dark! 🥺) I've already talked with them about it and if there are ever long waits like this again they said they'll send out periodic updates so people aren't just waiting with no information whatsoever. I'm so sorry you guys haven't had any updates!

It's the way she held the shorts. If Nagi saw the shorts partially from the side, he probably wouldn't have been as afraid of them. Front facing him just made them look HUGE.

I just love Haku so much, he's so affectionate and brave. And the way he willingly jumps into Rachel's embrace too
I wish he was being affectionate but he just wanted food, hahaha. He knows we can't ignore physical pain or leaping at us so it's his (horribly) effective way of getting our attention.

I legit really appreciate you saying things like "some of the lighter colours are a bit thin, but the darker colours you can't see through" and "the white ones are printed directly onto the fabric, while the others will age over time" and the overall transparency with your merch info, idk how to explain why, but it's just refreshing in my opinion and I really like that :)

Horse mask vs nagi arc still on i see
Well one big thing with this that can be noticed is how he is approached by the items. Like the shorts for example come towards him in a very rigid and almost challenging manner. The horse mask is a giant animal face with mouth open and eyes never blinking while staring at him and slowly moving forward. To animals this is seen as challenges or as a predator with their eyes set on a meal. His reaction is perfectly normal and fine in other words x3

We have more DIY plans in the upcoming years for our cats than we have for ourselves, and they already have catwalks across two of the main rooms + a dedicated litter box/quarantine room for fosters, so... it's definitely a cat house, haha. SUPER FUN coincidence--our neighbors love cats too and feed the local community cats, and one of our neighbors even built a gigantic outdoor house for them!! So we're in good company :D

So happy to get something with Pichi in the design. She's kinda my favorite because she's come so far. Poki really blossomed into a wonderful pet, I love seeing Pichi's progress.
Is it bad that I wouldn't mind thin hoodies... ? 😅 I live in a very hot and dry place so those are way more my jam than the thick boi hoodies, though I do have a few for when I go traveling. Thin hoodies are just better for keeping the sun outta my eyes than wearing a hat or bringing an umbrella around since it's super conveniently stored!
I live in a cold climate, but actually same. I have a thinner hoodie that gets a lot more mileage than my thicker ones.

It is a good idea to expose your cat to lots of sounds, smells, and textures. It not only builds confidence but provides mental stimulation too!
Supply chain gonna supply chain~ That was a very thoughtful write up/product description. Direct prints are great for longevity but thin fabric versus thicc on light fabrics is another consideration.

I love y'all's merch! I have a similar notepad that I actually use as my mouse pad so the notepaper is always right on my desk so I know how useful that material can be.

Makes sense he's getting better at accepting the items. Parrot owners often have to desensitize their birds because if you let a fear be it often just grows and the bird ends up being afraid of everything. If you want to train Nagi out of his fears simply bring the object slowly towards him and stop just before he moves back. When he relaxes a bit, bring back the object away from him (and treat if he's been a good boy). Doing this a few times (max 5 minutes a day) usually shows the animal there's nothing to be afraid of shorts.

My wife and I have a very large Chantilly Tiffany male cat, we really think that there is nothing that scares him, he never seems leery or afraid, it's always an interest in everything new or different, until he grows bored of whatever it is we are testing on him. He is a really cool cat. We once had a pair of Ragdolls that were scared of everything, they were always under the couch, you never know about kitties.

Dark shirts have to have a white underbase under colors to make them show up. Light colors don't need underwater. I worked on an automatic 6 print machine in a t-shirt printing factory.
