Mercedes CLK Rear Parking Sensors 2005

This is a guide to help you understand how parking sensors are fit.
This video is mainly intended to show you how to find the reverse light power cable.
You can also use this as a guide if you want to do a bit of DIY to your own car.
I have tried to make it as simple and easy to understand as possible. I would appreciate any feedback.

Hi, not at all. The system is compatible with Canbus. It communicates with your vehicle to inform it that the new system is not an error so it can bypass it to continue normal electrical checks. Hope this helps.

I don't think it communicates with the vehicle/canbus (I know mine doesn't) but it uses draws such little power compared to the bulb that it would not be detected as an error.

Ok no response so I found out that this is possible on c200s more or less in the same section of the rear bumper but better still feeding the leads from the sensor through a vent into the back light compartment without going out of the car at all.

The sensors are A B C D from nearside to offside, you fed In D, then next one you said was B, that’s wrong, should’ve been C
