    I have the Fire Stick. The Phantom/Fire Stick/Ghost are all stunning looking bows. I love their strung profiles. I found my Fire Stick to be very similar to the way you described the Phantom. No hand shock, no string pinch, fairly quiet but a bow that you have to learn to shoot. It was a bit frustrating trying to find the right nock point on the string. The craftmanship on the bow is very high. I'm a happy customer.

    They had absolutely no problems with the Phantom. It just interferes with the Shrew Bows which are also made my Bodnik. The Firestick and the Ghost are recurve Bows, but the Phanton is a slim and short hybrid bow just like the new Shrew Bows. In germany you Can only order the Shrew bows via the US homepage but they are made in germany. They wanted to avoid the germans to order the Phantom instead of a shrewbow because the two are very much the same

    The look can be treacherous.im.a bow hunter snd cab add my 5cents. Real game kill bows of bodnik is only 3pc mohawk.the rest is all 4back yard shooting. The real bows for hunting are border, hoyt, CD archery, uukha, hit19, among the world top.even the usa schrewbow bodnik project does not really work among the trad bow hunters.we choos cnc ilf solid and balanced riser and high tech all weather limbs, carbon. Among the EU builders of bow set can be named falkenholz only, the rest is hardly comparable in efficiency

    The thinner limbs lead to a faster arrow cast because of less mass upon release meaning more energy to the arrow. Not "Because of wind resistance"......that's hilarious

    • @scandinavianarcher7015
      @scandinavianarcher7015  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You are not entirely correct. A light, but wide limb moves slower than a narrow but thicker limb. You could take the Holmegaard VS the møllegabet design as a good example.

    • @Daylon91
      @Daylon91 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@scandinavianarcher7015 the weight of the limb slows down the arrow and it's the design of the bow and the limbs. I've never heard anyone mention wind resistance. And the fact you hesitated before u said it means u weren't too sure.

      @@Daylon91 I hesitated because English is not my first language, and sometimes need to search for the correct words. Weight plays a part also. But do me favor. Grab a board and sving it through the air on wide side. The do the same again, but this time turn it 90 degrees. Which is faster?

      @@scandinavianarcher7015 yes but the bow doesnt move nearly that much lmao.

    • @scandinavianarcher7015

      @@Daylon91 well, you may think that. But here is the catch. I order for at bow to bend evenly, the mass must decrease evenly. You cannot have a heavy tip, with an evenly decreasing mass, unless you add a bulky tip overlay (as in really bulky).
      Also, if the with of the tip isn't important in terms of air resistance (weight moved by the limb), why would weight in the limb important in terms of velocity?
      In others words, you contradict yourself with that statement.
      Did you try the board thing? Did you find the difference significant? If so, why wouldnt it be with a flat board like limb?
