Shopping List:
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 eggs
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1-2 cups cooking oil (for frying)
Fresh Mozzarella (specialty cheese section)
Fresh basil (and oregano - optional)
Salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, Italian Seasoning
1 jar of your favorite brand marinara sauce or from scratch - below
1 lb spaghetti noodles
Sauce:
1 28oz can crushed tomatoes
3-4 cloves minced garlic
1/2 diced onion
2 tbsps tomato paste
salt, pepper, onion powder, italian seasoning (to taste)
sugar (to taste - balance natural acidity of tomatoes) - บันเทิง

About 10 years ago I switched from chicken breasts to thighs. Way better texture and flavor IMO. And thighs are nearly impossible to dry out

Straight 🔥🔥🔥! Another Delicious twist that we do in my house is to use the same breading, coat and fry chicken wings and top with a light sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Whole with pasta definitely. I usually add a little sugar or wine to my sauce as it helps with the acid.

No jokes, I just use the ball of my thumb (thenar eminence) to flatten. Easy. Direct control. No extra equipment required. It works. That plate blesses a crew of four to six...given you've done right with antipasto and acidic green salad.
