As for the pricing, I think you should charge something you are comfortable with in the beginning. I can’t tell you the exact amount but you get the point.
Never Split the Difference has a masterclass course by the author; however, if you don't want to pay for it, there are extended sessions by the author on TH-cam where you can see his negotiation tactics being used in real life. Those videos are really good for the types of negotiation voices he explains in the book to use which you can't hear through just reading.

Hey Tiyasha, yes, it is great to work with an agency when you’re starting out because you’ll get to learn a lot!
And yes, if your work is good or they see potential in you, they will give you paid work after the internship.
You can work with any content marketing or social media marketing agencies and write social media copies or other copies for them.
