The whole movie is basically just her and Treat Williams and you know exactly how it's going to turn out but the tension keeps you watching. A deeply uncomfortable movie but extremely well done.
Laura Dern is so beautiful inside and out, she truly seems like such a genuine person.♥️💐 Great video, and she’s a good actress. ☺️😊☺️
10:59 mrs. Dern was so lucky to perform one of the most iconic scenes in the mother of all movie franchises. Well deserved, I say.
No Citizen Ruth, Inland Empire or Enlightened? Way to gloss over her finest hours.
Tooty Futts Citizen Ruth is the BOMB! She’s so great in that movie.
Inland Empire is my facorite movie of all time! A true revolutionary cinematic masterpiece
Yeah, I was really hoping for something on Enlightened. One of my favorite series ever, brief as it was.
I loved Enlighted specifically for her performance in it. Astonished at it not being mentioned!
Tooty Futts she was crazy in citizen Ruth. What a wild ride
She was awesome in Marriage Story
Inland Empire was by far her best and my favorite one she has been in, and it’s not even on here? Wow.
Yeah, they completely skipped over it
My old roommate was a waiter at her favorite restaurant and said she was always very nice and polite
What an insanely great filmography she has. INCREDIBLE talent!!!
This the only one that had me tearing multiple times...love these episodes with such amazing and insightful actors and actresses.
I love love love! Laura, she's an amazing actress with an amazing care and amazing person, but the part that really made me really love her was Star Wars, she in her admiral Holdo attire was amazing, how she portrayed her quirkyness and her commitment to the cause was so great, go Laura!
How can you not ask her about Enlightened? That show was really something special, it's truly a huge oversight on your part :(
People are finally starting to come around to realizing how talented of an actress she really is.
I wish she would've talked about Mask. That's the first movie I saw her in when I was a kid and it will forever be my favorite Laura Dern roll :)
And now she has the Oscar that was long overdue for her. :)
My favourite Laura Dern performance was Bobbi in Wild. I'd have liked to hear more about that experience. She brings so much life and expression to her characters - and seems like a lovely person too!
can't wait for a video with Uma Thurman breaking down her career
They should have let her talk about "Enlightenment", one of the most underrated TV shows of the past decade. The episode "Consider Helen" truly was one of the most haunting, touching and truly emotional moments of television I've ever experienced.
She was also amazing as the blind girlfriend during the campground summer romance with Rocky Dennis (Eric Stoltz) in Mask.
warrenguy76 THANK YOU!!! I was wondering why that wasn’t mentioned! One of my all time favorite movies!
I so agree! That's the first time I remember seeing her and the memory stayed with me. And I've loved her ever since. And when I met her at a cool old video store and got to chat with her...what a sweetheart. Genuine and down to earth and zero attitude.
Ahhhh Laura Dern. I first saw her in “Blue Velvet” and had such a huge crush on her. To this day when I think or talk about robins I think about her. She has gone on to be an amazing actress in so many roles. Great job Laura!!!!!
