    Thank you for this upload, I did not believe it, but it actually DOES work, but I had to laugh in the beginning when you said seeing as this is an eyes closed exersise please do not attempt doing it while driving 🤣😂 i can not believe that you would actually get people that would do that 🤣

    That was wonderful....I just have the most difficult time trying to relax my face and forehead! It's all my brain focuses on...will that eventually diminish the more I practice?

      I personally use the 3M micropore silicone sparadrap for babies to put on my mouth at night that avoids unpleasant feelings in the morning when removing it. I found the mytape too unpleasant to remove when using them 😅

      You can change the playback speed

      @Natalia-rz8lp: I agree, the rendition is way too fast for a calming sleep meditation. It could be so much better because there is a good foundation there, but I had to stop listening to this to help me go to sleep.
