@Mynne140 ray was only 10kg off 500 on a squat IN SLEEVEESSSS, and the speed was insane too, Eddie battled the 500kg, but I would put it a close second.

Bro, if that guy wants to dump the weight there in no easy way in hell that is going to happen, and they guys on the side thinking it wont absolutely pulverize their toes is amazing.
Under the "raw" rules, yes. But Paul Anderson did 930 with no sleeves, no belt, no suit of any kind. Did it in gym shorts and a t-shirt. Anderson's lift is what I personally consider to be raw.
Most impressive lift ever imo

@Mynne140 not even close y'all really think eddie hall could lift anything after the 500 deadlift he couldn't.
Tom eddies deadlift is in a suit with straps
220 snatch 🤭
Deadlift from a biomechanical standpoint is much much harder than squat
I watch him fail 440kg 3 times in a row. And then I came here. This was emotional
Lol same just now

That "split second" is the difference between lifting 250 pounds and catching 250 pounds. It's a big difference.
With arms reaching out like spotters have it its much more difficult. Try holding 20kg with your arms extendend front..100kg would be impossible
Brilliant and he still walks about with a skip in his step amazing
his tendons got to be like steel cables I swear.
