I started in a Ford Dealership last month. I have sold 6 cars so far in exactly one month. This one is a family owned dealership I might have the chance to go to CarMax or DarCars. Do you think that would be better than staying at a small dealership?

I just got my first car sales job, and during the interview, they mentioned that it's 10% front-end and 10% back-end, and after 12 car it goes up to 12%. The job focuses more on internal sales. Do you think it's a good idea? I also have a few interviews coming up, and I just want to know more about this.

I’d say take more interviews from other dealers. Try to interview at franchise stores, like Toyota, Honda, Nissan, etc..
